Woocommernce Analytics not working

    Hi there,

    I’ve installed Woocommerce google analytics. All the other functions (e.g shopping behavior) are working but not tracking sales or transactions. I’m using UA. Hope could hear from the team soon.Does SOAP client not enabled will affect the plugins?

    Same here. GTAG is working. General site analytics work but no woocommerce and conversion data.

    Hi mike,

    I’ve solved it. The reason here is that I have duplicated Google analytics code. I’ve disabled one of it then it’s working now. Feel free to use google tag assistant to see how it goes.

    Thanks but this is not the case for me. Already made sure I have no double tags present a while back. This is another issue in my case. I’ve read that WOo GA doesn’t play good along Cloudflare caching but couldn’t confirm if that’s the case. I’m clueless and tired of bug chasing broken plugins right now

    Thank you for the update, @jiajie9888! I’m sorry we weren’t able to reply soon enough, but I’m glad you figured it out anyway, so I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

    @mike8040, according to our forum guidelines, we would encourage you to create your own thread since something else may be causing the issue on your site. In your case, it looks like Cloudflare. We would gladly assist you from there!
