UPDATE: I forgot to say, when I have the PHPMailer option enabled, I get a Post SMTP email error (when I try to send a WooCommerce order email).
This Post SMTP email error says:
Invalid “Reply-To” e-mail address “My Name”

Yes I sent an email from an email form on our website and that worked with PHPMailer, but then I tried to send an email from a WooCommerce order, which did not work. The email was not able to be sent to us.
So I switched back to using PostSMTP and everything works perfectly. So it looks like we cannot use the PHPMailer option.
Is this a problem? Is PostSMTP less secure? We used another SMTP plugin before, and our site was hacked. They had a vulnerability and we straight away disabled the plugin. So I am not wanting to repeat the same mistake!

Ja, ich habe genau das gleiche Problem (und ich denke viele Leute, aber sie merken es nicht).
Die gute Nachricht ist, dass ich denke, dass ab morgen eine Lösung geben sollte. Ich habe mit dem Entwickler über dieses Problem Kontakt aufgenommen und sie denken, dass sie es behoben haben (nächstes Update). Fingers crossed!

OK es scheint das irgendwo dass vielleicht ein Problem mit ein Mail-Server ist.

Dann hat dieses Problem mit den Zahlungsoptionen (dass sie nicht immer geladen / angezeigt werden) vielleicht etwas anderes zu tun!

Ich war mit “German Market” in Kontakt. Sie sagten, dass dies ein Problem mit dem PayPal Plus-Plugin ist. Wenn “German Market” deaktiviert ist und es dann ein Problem mit Ihrem Plugin gibt, ist es daher ein Problem mit Ihrem Plugin.
Ich finde es logisch, was sie sagen. In jedem Fall haben Sie access auf unsere development site. Sie können sich hoffentlich selbst davon überzeugen.

Wir haben genau das gleiche Problem. “Kauf auf Rechnung” lädt manchmal und manchmal nicht. Schlimmer noch, manchmal verschwinden alle PayPal Plus-Zahlungsoptionen.
Verwenden Sie das Plugin “German Market”? Ich denke, es könnte einen Konflikt mit diesem Plugin. Auf jeden Fall hoffe ich, dass Inpsyde GmbH bald zur Hilfe kommt!

Have you fully tested your plugin with the “German Market” plugin? If I disable the “German Market” plugin, then none of the payment options for PayPal Plus are displayed. This is very strange. There is a conflict between your plugin and GM.
Can you ask your devleoper to check ASAP any conflict between German Market and your plugin? I can also send you details of our staging website to test this.

There is definitely a problem with your plugin and the PayPal payment options not always managing to load. Sometimes all of them disappear, and other times it is just “Kauf auf Rechnung”.
This is a disaster for us, as we have a big promotional deal coming up this week and need a fix asap. Thanks

Unfortunately this problem is not resolved. There is 100% a problem with your plugin and I am not sure why. At present, no matter what we do “Kauf auf Rechnung” does not display in either FireFox or Chrome. It was there earlier today, but it has now disappeared. It seesm it is more an issue when we are logged in to the site.
We also found many orders on our backend which has not been successful or had not completed, where users had selected “Kauf auf Rechnung” but it had not worked.
We do not cache the Kasse page, so we are really not sure what is goign on. Please help!

All of a sudden the paypal payment options are being displayed again. I am not sure why they did not load this morning on certain browsers. The “Kasse”page is also not cached at all.
Could this have been due to PayPal for some reason? Majority of our users pay with PayPal, so if that is not available for them, we have quite a big issue 🙂

There are no php errors in the log file, but I suspect maybe it was a day where Google was having some issues. I will switch back to PHP 7.2 and check again Thanks.
