In reply to: [PayPal Plus for WooCommerce] Pending payment on several ordersHello @aweissinpsyde
Sorry for a slow reply.
I think this is not a real issue, and is possibly linked to maybe people who need to first be authorized by PayPal (maybe new account holders). In any case, we see that quite often the status will change at some point to paid, allowing us to proceed with the order.So you can mark this ticket as solved from my side, unless you need to keep it open for the others.
Thanks again

In reply to: [Ajax add to cart for WooCommerce] Plugin has issues with mini cartHello again,
Apologies for a slow reply as have been on holiday.
I just updated to your latest plugin version and tested on our staging site. It seems to have fixed the issue. So that is great news. You can close this ticket now.Thanks again
Hi @shaneeckert
Sure. I would like to keep it out of the public domain. Do you have a support email address?
UPDATE – I have removed the custom thank you page plugin and am sending all traffic to the standard WC order-received page (albeit with a different end point).
I will wait 24hrs now and see if the ecommerce sales data comes through (hopefully).
Hello @johndcoy
Yes it is just a shame that for your own WooCommerce plugin you are not prepared to fully stand behind and support it. It is frustrating.
Yes I added that snippet, exactly as is, to my custom thank you page. Still no ecommerce sales data being pulled in…
Hello @johndcoy
Can you please in this case advise what tracking code I need to add to this snippet? In the snippet it leaves an area to add your tracking code, but I have no idea if this is required. Or do I just leave the tracking code area blank?
/**
* Put your tracking code here*/
Hello @johndcoy,
Can you possibly give me a snippet that I can add to my custom thank you page, which will ensure your plugin passes on the sales information to Google Analytics?
Thank you
Hi @johndcoy,
The E-commerce Overview is showing some limited information now, but no information yet on sales performance. Maybe I need to wait another day?
My question to you is whether your plugin can still work when we have a custom thank you page URL (rather than the standard one)? Please note on our custom thank you page we do have a Google events snippet installed to track adwords.
Anyhow, maybe you can write back and let me know…
I would need somethign like this no:
if(is_page(‘xx’)) { ?>
Thanks @johndcoy
However is this not for the stabdard WC thank you page? How do I edit this to add my thank you page URL in this snippet?

In reply to: [Ajax add to cart for WooCommerce] Loading spinner css selectorHi @quadlayers
I just updated the plugin but it still is not working as it should. When you add an item to the cart, the mini cart does not update unless you refresh the page (almost as if the WC cart fragments script is not loading)….
Maybe a plugin conflict? Not sure….

In reply to: [Ajax add to cart for WooCommerce] Loading spinner css selectorHi @quadlayers
OK no worries. I see if a Google search can give me the WC selector for this spinner.
Can you please tell me if you have tested your plugin up to PHP 7.2? We have been running very high CPU lately and the cause is excessive ajax calls. It is possible it is coming from your plugin, as we had some very strange behaviour with the plugin not adding the correct QTY of goods to the cart. We switched down to PHP 7.1 and the CPU useage has dropped.
Can you please check this PHO question and let me know?
It seems Google can now read Javascript, but still my question is whether the images can be indexed in image search with your plugin loaded?
I saw this. Does your plugin conform to this (above my knowledge)?: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/guides/lazy-loading
