In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Not showing email addressThanks for the Sunday reply!
What I was cheacking is if someone enters their email address in the “email address” field, that it will not be displayed anywhere front-end (or in SERPS) if I use your markup addon. Of course this is based on me not publishing the email address field front end.
Hope that makes sense.

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Advanced no captcha not showing since last updateMany thanks. I removed NoCaptcha from your plugin, as you offer various other good options. If they prevents spam then job is done!
If ever I have to use the “NoCaptcha” plugin, then might shout back. BR

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Advanced no captcha not showing since last updateI apologise.
I have unpublished another plugin which uses the “Nocaptcha plugin” and all works fine.
Thanks in any case for checking.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Loco Translate] Lost WC translations after updateWooCommerce offers quite a clear explanation here, which might be of help to future people who are having the same issues as me: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/

In reply to: [Loco Translate] Lost WC translations after updateOK – having deleted the German langauge and reinstalled it, all the standard German traslations for WooCommerce are deleted…
Everything is now in sync, but how do I upload the German translations again? I am not talking about my custom translations. I am talking about the standard WooCommerce translations. My German website (WooCommerce part) is now all in English.
Thanks in advance!

In reply to: [Loco Translate] Lost WC translations after updateHi again,
I have deleted the German language file, reinstalled and have now been able to select the custom location – languages/loco/plugins/woocommerce-de_DE.po
So I think now that is all correct. I do not remember seting a custom location for the German files for WooCommerce, so maybe somehow WooCommerce automatically sets this up.
In any case, seems all should be working now. I know in future deleting the language and reinstalling should fix the issue. My apologies again and thank you.

In reply to: [Loco Translate] Lost WC translations after updateI checked FTP and I do not have this location /wp-content/languages/woocommerce/
I only have:
/wp-content/languages/loco/
/wp-content/languages/loco/plugins
/wp-content/languages/plugins
/wp-content/languages/themesForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Loco Translate] Lost WC translations after updateHello there,
I went to “setup” again, clicked “reset config” and followed the same instrcutions you told me before. However at no stage do I get to choose a location. I just get a message which says “This bundle’s configuration is saved in the WordPress database.”
So I am not sure how to sort this out. Would it be better I delete WooCommerce from your Loco Translate, and reinstall it?
Sorry for the back and forth…

In reply to: [Loco Translate] Lost WC translations after updateMany thanks for your help. That information was just what I needed.
When I now click on “edit config” I see that it has added the following to the domain path: “../../languages/woocommerce” (which was not there before).I checked ftp, and it has added .mo and .po files to the following location: /wp-content/languages/plugins/
So hopefully my transations for WooCommerce are safe now.

In reply to: [Loco Translate] Lost WC translations after updateHello there,
Thanks for the reply and links. Yes I see my location for the WooCommerce translation files is wrong (it seems WooCommerce automatically set this up).
Can you kindly please explain how I best change the location of the translated WooCommerce files (I’m a novice and reading the docs I still am unsure)?
I see 2 options:: (1) delete the WooCommerce plugin from Loco Translate and reinstall, and change the file location then (2) try and change the file location via the “advanced” tab, although not sure I know what I am doing here.
Thanks in advance

In reply to: [Loco Translate] Lost WC translations after updateWould I fix this issue if I went into the “Advanced” tab of the WooCommerce plugin (within Loco Translate), and changed the location of where the custom translations are stored? My other plugins save the translated files to “/wp-content/languages/loco/plugins”.
Or should I delete the WooCommerce plugin from LocoTranslate, and install it again, in order for the system to give me a choice of where I can save the translation to (to the custom location)?
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Out of stock” Label – Not showingHi @reijopuhm
Do you know what plugin was stopping your “out of stock” label from showing? I have the same problem, and no idea what plugin is causing this issue.
Thanks for a quick reply!
