You can set default values for the subject field from the WSDesk settings-> Ticket fields-> Edit option. Please refer our documentation here for more information.

Please note that only unread emails will be converted as tickets. Please make sure that the emails are unread.
Also, if you are using office365 please contact their support because this is a common issue with office365.

It is a feature actually. It is not just the WP Admin’s e-mail that gets filled. The user who is logged in has his email automatically filled in the E-mail field. You must be logged in with that e-mail that you see. If a user has visited the support page without being logged in he/she will see the placeholder.

- Delete the database tables related to WSDesk.
- Use the following query to delete some other records: DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘%wsdesk%’; assuming your wordpress table prefix is ‘wp’
- Configure all your sites and then reinstall WSDesk.

This issue is solved in the latest version 1.4.4 Please update the plugin to the latest version.
