We already have a feature to add internal notes.You can see this option while an agent clicks on ‘submit as’ button. Showing notifications while adding internal notes is an interesting feature, we have added it to the feature list.

This error shows because you have entered a default value which does not match the drop down values. For example, if dropdown values are a,b and c then the default value should be either a, b, or c otherwise it will show the following error Default Value is not Matched!

By default, it is not possible to create a ticket when you purchase a product.But, you can add a mandatory ticket field for products in the support page so that customer can raise a query based on the particular product.

Yes, It is possible. Please use the shortcode [wsdesk_support display=check_request] on your support page. The existing request tickets table will still be available on the main support page, by default. Hence to hide this, you can add the following CSS code:
