In reply to: [WSDesk - Wordpress HelpDesk & Support Ticket System] Error deleting roleThat is strange. We tried reproducing this issue, but we were unable to. Please try disabling all the other plugins except WSDesk and edit the user. Also, please check editing other users to narrow down the issue.

You can use the short code [conversation_history] in the mail template to show the history of all conversations.Hi Perry, User Profile creation is handled by WordPress. As per my understanding, you are facing the issue when a new user is getting registered on your wordpress site. This issue is not directly related to WSDesk. Please correct me if I am wrong.

It will be helpful if you can explain the issue in detail.Hi Perry, You can go to wordpress admin -> “WSDesk” -> “General Settings” -> Enable “Create WordPress User”. Enabling this option will automatically create a wordpress user when a guest user submits a ticket. After user is created, a wordpress triggered e-mail will be sent to the guest user’s e-mail.
