Once you enabled IMAP from your mail and give the necessary details in WSDesk->EMail
->IMAP email setup, email piping will work fine.Regards,

Yes. WSDesk plugin supports e-mail piping. Means, your customer can simply sent a mail to your support email to create a ticket. Also, your customer can simply reply to the ticket e-mail to get the ticket updated. Hope it clarifies.

We have tried to reproduce this issue in our test environments but we were unable to. Raising a support request should have helped to solve the problem you were facing.

The settings for email options, triggers are there only in the premium version.
Thus, in basic version, when a ticket is created there the customer won’t receive any email notification.
The customer would receive email notification only when the Agent replies to the ticket.

If you are using WooCommerce, when a customer raises a ticket, all the orders associated with the customer get automatically sent through the ticket.
But, it’s not possible to create a ticket from the order page.Hope that helps.

In order to be added as an agent and to appear in the dropdown list, they have to be
at least a Contributor role in WordPress.
