WSDesk doesn’t allow any attachments type that can possess a security risk to the server.

Team WSDeskBy default, you have some pre-defined files that can be attached. As of now, it is not possible to remove the attachment from the editor or to set file type and file size. We will add this to our feature list.

As of now, you must set the default values for the subject field.It is not possible to get custom values from logged in user. But, this is an interesting feature and we can add it to our feature list.

Team WSDeskWSDesk by default adds wordpress administrator users as as admin/supervisor agents. But other users like Editor, Author etc will not be auto-added.
