We have an option to set custom width for form elements in WSDesk-> Settings -> Form settings.

We have been busy with squashing a number of bugs in WSDesk and we have already started working on this customization. But this feature will be mostly part of our premium version and will be releasing in a weeks time.

You can disable the registration through WSDesk. Go to general settings of WSDesk->Ticket raisers(who can raise a ticket). Select the option All instead of registered users.
