The “raiser voice” Text cannot be changed.

If you mean the email IMAP option if you don’t want the mails sent to the email converted to ticket automatically you can leave the email IMAP activation, and only requests submitted in form will be considered.
Regarding the Ticket acknowledgement ( this is done only when the ticket is opened by the agent which can be disabled) (this is a premium feature so it will not work in basic version) and if you want a new ticket notification this can be set in triggers but this is also a premium feature.

WSDesk stores both the email addresses. The user who is logged in is the one that becomes the requester, this is not editable but there maybe a case when the ticket raiser may not want to receive the replies in his email address registered with WP. Hence, the editable feature. This we way we can see the user who raised the ticket as well as give the user option to give separate email address for communication.Hi,
The dynamic pricing plugin will not be fully compatible with other plugins, either the discounts will be overridden or the discounts will not be applied at all.

This issue can be because you are using Mult-Site and because of some reason the required tables for WSDesk are not created while activating the plugin. Please answer these questions, so that we can help on this issue.
1. What is the PHP, wordpress & woocommerce versions you are using.
2. Have a look at PHP error_log file (you can get help from developer or hosting provider) and let us know if there is any errors while activating the plugin.let us know your feedback to identify the issue.
