    Hi ya,
    So, I’m testing WSDesk and outgoing emails work fine.

    But incoming emails don’t seem to be working at all.

    I have a working email account and I can see the emails that I’m sending to it.

    But WSDesk does not seem to be picking them up at all.

    When I configure IMAP to look at my mail server, it seems to accept the settings just fine.

    Very strange

    Please note that only unread emails will be converted as tickets. Please make sure that the emails are unread.

    Also, if you are using office365 please contact their support because this is a common issue with office365.

    The emails are fresh and unread.

    This is a my email server. Not Gmail or Office365 or any other service.

    How long should it take for WSDesk to check the IMAP server?

    ANd what schedule does it do it on? Just when a user accesses the site?

    So if I hit refresh on the Tickets page, should it go and check the IMAP server?

    Was there ever any resolution to this as I am having the same issue. I have been testing few different help-desk solution and I was able to receive mail with them.

    I have had to install php5-imap, but afterwards it worked flawlessly.
