Please try uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it. Upgrading from very old versions of the plugin could cause this. We’ve made sure that this at least doesn’t occur when updating from the last few versions of the plugin.
If the issue persists, please let me know.

Unfortunately it’s not in our policy to give out an exact release date of features as estimations on release dates may not be 100% accurate.
A very vague estimation i can give is ~3 months, it could be more, it could be less as we’re heavily reconstructing the plugin to improve old features and to add new ones.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] One token to link 5 sitesThe token functionality that used to exist in the older version of the plugin has been deprecated as it was basically a license key that you’d have to buy & was vulnerable and wrong in many other ways.
This method of linking sites together is no longer available. We are developing a better, easier and safer way of doing this right now. For the moment linking your sites is not possible in any way. Each WP site must have it’s own WP-Live Chat by 3CX plugin installed and agents logged in on all of them. Again, we’re working on this and something will be available in time.

The Pro version of the plugin no longer exists. The full plugin is now completely free and under new management.
If you are running an old version of the plugin, we’d suggest you uninstall it entirely and install the latest version from the store as the older versions of the plugin suffer from serious vulnerabilities.
In regards to your query for having 1 management console for all 5 sites, this is currently not possible but is something that’s in our roadmap to do.

Most if not all parts that the users sees are customizable via the plugin’s settings. In regards to translations, this is the more difficult part.

We’ve already updated translations for the German language, but it will take some time for these to be slowly approved by the wordpress general translator community as there’s a lot of translations for them to approve in the whole wordpress.org queue.

Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately the plugin has not not made with accessibility standards in mind. Since the plugin and almost all aspects of it are highly customizable, you can try to customize it to try and achieve what you want.
We will keep the idea of adding accessibility in mind for the future.

The form to send a message when no agents are online does not work. Pressing the “Send message” button does nothing.We’ve tested this pre-release and again now and can see it working. Could you elaborate with more information please?

There’s been a change of ownership of this plugin, so i’m not aware of the tests you’re mentioning. Unfortunately we’ve had to remove the ‘Google Analytics’ option from our settings section as we found that this feature wasn’t working very well.
That being said, we do plan to properly re-add this feature to the plugin. Apologies for this.

1) Certain icons on the customer chat box appear as blocks instead of actual icons.
2) You want to remove the ‘Facebook’ icon from being next to the chat bubble.Regarding point 1, this is related to the version of font awesome your site and our plugin are running. We’ll be making a release to fix this soon.
About point #2. To remove this icon you need to go to your ‘Live Chat > Settings > Chat Box > Social > Facebook URL’ and remove the URL from the textbox. This will make the icon disappear from your site.
By the way, there is no such thing as PRO. The latest version/s of the plugin are completely free. There are no paid versions. May i ask why you think there’s a ‘PRO’ version?
