The Pro version of the plugin no longer exists. The full plugin is now completely free and under new management.
If you are running an old version of the plugin, we’d suggest you uninstall it entirely and install the latest version from the store as the older versions of the plugin suffer from serious vulnerabilities.
In regards to your query for having 1 management console for all 5 sites, this is currently not possible but is something that’s in our roadmap to do.

Were you aware that the shared secret token linked the sites automatically? Is this something that could be done at our end?

The token functionality that used to exist in the older version of the plugin has been deprecated as it was basically a license key that you’d have to buy & was vulnerable and wrong in many other ways.
This method of linking sites together is no longer available. We are developing a better, easier and safer way of doing this right now. For the moment linking your sites is not possible in any way. Each WP site must have it’s own WP-Live Chat by 3CX plugin installed and agents logged in on all of them. Again, we’re working on this and something will be available in time.

Unfortunately it’s not in our policy to give out an exact release date of features as estimations on release dates may not be 100% accurate.
A very vague estimation i can give is ~3 months, it could be more, it could be less as we’re heavily reconstructing the plugin to improve old features and to add new ones.
