Fixing bugs that shouldn’t be there in the first place isn’t something we consider to be ‘support’. We consider it to be our job. Regardless, thank you for your feedback 🙂

Thanks for the feedback. We removed this feature in error in the latest version. We’ll be re-adding it soon in the next update.

I’ve just tried this with both a fresh installation and an upgraded installation of WP-Live Chat. I’ve tried it on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
When AutoPopUp is enabled: You’re able to minimize the pop up dialog by clicking on the chatbox’s X icon. I’m not seeing a problem here to be honest…
Could you take a look at your Live Chat > Settings > Chat Box > Icon/Picture/Logo as these may be incorrectly set and may be causing some confusion?Also if you’re testing the plugin with the same browser, ensure you clear your cache both on the agent and customer side. Additionally, during your tests, please separate the agent and customer into 2 different browsers as there is some shared data that may cause issues if both are opened on the same PC.
Please try the above and let me know if there’s any change.

The language of your plugin depends on the locale of your WP installation.
Also keep in mind we are planning to make a huge release tomorrow and you may need to give your translations another look :D. We do plan however to release a well translated 8 language pack for the plugin in a few weeks.
To send us your translations, we are opening up a new forum tomorrow where we can talk further and PM each other in regards to this.

The plugin has been made completely free since ~March this year and will continue to be offered for free. Being free, no support is provided. We will instead provide a high quality plugin that will require little to no support. The next release is the first step towards this goal.

As per my previous reply. A new update is incoming that will contain over 300 fixes (including a fix for this).
Generally the new update will be more secure than the majority of plugins out there and the various minor and major bugs that you’re experiencing will be fixed. Not to say that everything is fixed, but the vast majority will be indeed fixed.
