In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] I updated the Plugin. ERRORHi there, please take a backup of your WPLC settings, uninstall WPLC and re-install a fresh version of it and try again.
Hi there, unfortunately this is not possible.
Hi there,
Try disabling the plugin, reload your site and see if the error persists.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Multiple serverUnfortunately it’s not possible to have 1 central point for managing both sites. Each site must have it’s own WP Live Chat installed with agents on both sites.
Also please don’t post credentials on these or any forums. I’ve asked a moderator to remove your previous post containing credentials.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Deleting missed chats issueHi there, we’ve never seen this issue to be honest and couldn’t reproduce it. We’ll further investigate as time allows and attempt to provide a fix in one of the upcoming releases of the plugin if we’re able to.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Delete History Agent-AgentHi there,
There’s no such functionality provided in the plugin. This is more of a feature request. We’ll keep this in mind for a future plugin update.
Out of curiosity. Do you use agent to agent chat a lot or is it something you minimally use?

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Conflict with LiteSpeed plugin?Apologies, we’re unable to assist you with plugin conflict issues as we’d need to spend a lot of time to analyze in what way LiteSpeed conflicts with our plugin (and vice versa).
I can only suggest that you try to use one plugin or the other.
Hi there,
This is unfortunately a known issue that occurs for some users when upgrading from older versions to newer versions and vice versa. We’re planning on fixing this in an upcoming release (not the immediate release we have planned for the next few weeks, but likely the next one).
For the moment there is 1 workaround to this but will require you to uninstall WP Live Chat, go to your WP database with some DB access tool like MySQL Workbench for example and to manually delete WPLC’s settings via a manual query i can provide. If you’re comfortable doing this and have the technical know-how, let me know and i’ll provide the SQL query you’d need to run. Unfortunately full assistance to do this for you or to explain how to use MySQL Workbench is not something i can provide.
Hi there Imran,
Due to limitations and issues with the department functionality, We’re deprecating the use/selection of departments from the user’s side in the upcoming big release we have planned to release in a few weeks from now.
Unfortunately this part is a little bit buggy and needs to be removed for now. There’s a chance it will be re-implemented properly and more reliably later.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Active visitorsHi there,
Once a user connects to your site, you’re supposed to see a single visitor on your dashboard. When the user disconnects, it will take up to a few minutes for that visitor to disappear from the list. It takes a while for the websocket session to expire and this is expected.
In the big upcoming version we’re going to be releasing in the next few weeks, we’ve improved this part quite a bit so it’ll be more accurate and responsive than before.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Name/email not showingHey there, not sure why this was set to resolved, i’ll take a look into that. In regards to the issue itself, you’re right, it seems that this issue was introduced a few versions ago.
We’ll be fixing this for the upcoming release of the plugin in the next couple of weeks. My apologies for the inconvenience this issue may have caused.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Cannot connect to serverI still cannot connect from Iran.
Unfortunately since our servers are based on Google App Engine and are hosted in Google’s data centers, Iran is blocked by Google from using any Google services.
As a workaround, you could go to your Plugin Settings > Advanced Features and disable “Use our server to handle chats”. This will enable the use of your own WordPress server as a chat server instead.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Cannot connect to serverService is now restored.
We’ll be adding a server health/status monitor sometime soon as well as a priority communication channel for users to contact us more directly in case something is wrong with the service.
Our sincerest apologies for the outage/downtime caused.
