Hi @marinow1991 ,
As I’m unable to replicate this it’ll be hard to apply fixes but will still raise a potential bug report to monitor. For now please remain on the version you have installed.
You can get the older versions here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Hi @roadlink ,
At the moment the formatting of the price on the feed will follow your Woocommerce’s currency option setting.
You will need to downgrade our plugin to the previous version, or temporarily change your currency options
This is already raised with our developers so the feed pricing format follows the ISO 4217 rule to ensure no issues arise with any/most marketplace
Hi @tomaszkaizenads ,
The error log is pointing towards Woocommerce, it’s best to reach out to their support team for more information.
Having said that, please run a basic debug to check for plugin/theme conflicts.
Hi @gerhardst17 ,
Can you please provide more information on what you mean by remove characters? Do you mean by keeping the attribute empty? If so, on the IS field try adding a spacebar
Hi @marinow1991,
Try running the clear cache and sync tools: https://ibb.co/qrybDcb, it’s in Product Feed > Settings
If that don’t work then something in your theme is blocking the refresh from restarting correctly. On the latest versions we’ve moved the feed updates in the Action Scheduler from woocommerce.
It’s in Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions. Please monitor that and see if there are any actions for refreshing the feeds: https://ibb.co/3rDtgTL
Hi @tomaszkaizenads ,
Can you please try creating a new feed and see if the refresh is still stuck? Also, check your browser console or debug logs and check if there are any errors.
Debug log is found in Woocommerce > Status >logs
Great, will now mark this post as solved.
Hi @wijtec ,
I’ll raise this as a potential bug. It’s likely because Google Feed follows the ISO 4217 rule: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=en
So it’s seeing (.) as a decimal separator instead of a thousand. This is happening as we’ve added updates that fixes how prices are printed(now follows your woocommerce setting) and calculated(hence previous versions are working fine)
What I suggest doing is reaching out to the Google Feed Support team and ask if it’s possible to set custom separators for the feed as not all countries follow the ISO 4217 rule
Hi @galbaras ,
Alternatively (maybe better), it can be “Prestige spring water cooler. Ideal for your home or office – Colour: Black, Taps: Cool & Cold”.
This can be done with our Elite plugin with Data Manipulation: https://adtribes.io/feature-product-data-manipulation/
sample result: https://ibb.co/Y0MTXkz & https://ibb.co/877VK41
Please note that I’m unable to provide further support from here as we aren’t allowed to talk about premium features on the forum. If you have further questions, please reach out directly
Hi @mdora ,
If you are uploading anything, it’s best to use a 3rd party provider (google drives, dropbox etc.) as you generally cant upload anything in the WordPress forum
Hi @dwoott ,
Do you have any rules that stops products from being added to the feed? Also, please ensure that you have the include product variations option on the general feed settings.
Drop in your debug log too: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @matanrom ,
This seems to be a bug, I’ll raise it with our devs to get this sorted out. In the meantime, you can try downgrading or use the rules and filter to set the values: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Alternatively, you could remove the ‘ on the title of the product through the Woocommerce editor
@cyongl ,
Please note that we do not support any currency conversions with our Pro/Free plugin. As of now only the Elite/Premium plugin supports currency conversion plugins.
If you have an Elite subscription, please reach out via our support form: https://adtribes.io/support/
Can you please confirm if you are your Woocommerce currency options if the thousand and decimal separator is not as my video?
Hi @galbaras ,
I don’t quite get that request can you please provide further information? Do you mean something like
parent description – short description for all products?
parent description = Lorem, Short description = Ipsum.
Output for all products = Lorem – Ipsum?
