Hi @peppas ,
Glad to know you were able to sort things out. We’ll monitor this issue and close this post for now. Open up a new post if you have other questions.
As it’s been 5 days since your last reply. I’ll now close this support post. Feel free to open a new post if you have other questions
Hi @savra19 ,
Can you please pass on the doc link for the required fields for mirakl marketplace? I’ll raise up an enhancement request or a new template
Hi @eninunez ,
Afraid that’s currently not possible. The space is added for the currency symbol and currently can’t be removed. However, this shouldn’t have any issues with the product feed platform.
Please confirm if the platform you are using isn’t able to read the pricing appropriately.
Hi @binaryfabric ,
This is a feature request and I’m unable to provide further support hence, it was marked as resolved. Do you perhaps have other questions other than your main question which is setting the refresh times?
Hi @peppas ,
I really can’t say as I’m unable to replicate this issue, though some users report of similar issues it appears to be case-by-case.
Does this issue only happen to new feeds or old feeds? If it’s old feeds, try duplicating/creating new feeds.
You could also try downgrading to the previous working version: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Hi @galbaras ,
This seems to be a bug, I’ve raised it with our developers to get it sorted but please keep in mind that there’s no ETAs for this.
In the meantime, please downgrade to the previous working version. You can download here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Hi @charlieve02 ,
There’s an ongoing issue with the special characters on the feed. It’ll be released on the next version, but if you’d like you can install this hotfix and see if that works: https://we.tl/t-NPWJrXIsAT
Please note that this is not an official release, have a backup ready in case something happens.
Hi @peppas ,
The unsupported operand error usually happens due to:
- PHP Version ( Use php 8.1 or 8.0 and see if that works)
- Plugin conflict (run a basic debug to confirm)
Hi @carlos521 ,
Go to woocommerce > status > logs and check for any critical errors. Also there shouldn’t be any issues with refreshing.
Do a basic debug to confirm that there aren’t any plugin conflicts.
Hi @artsoulbrother,
It’s not possible to add special characters for the new custom fields for the newer versions of Product Feed. Try adding the custom fields without any special characters as the Pinterest feed doesn’t require any special character to identify the attribute: https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/before-you-get-started-with-catalogs
I’ll raise up a feature request for this. There are no ETAs for this but we’ll keep you in the loops.
Hi @atlantis1525 ,
You will need to use static fields but if you have the Elite/premium plugin of Product Feed then you can enable the custom field option and set the values on the product editor page.
Hi @binaryfabric ,
I don’t think we ever had a setting to set when the refresh will happen, there are feature request for this so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed.
We’ve also moved the feed refreshing to Woocommerce’s Action Scheduler. It’s in Woocommerce > Status >> Scheduled Actions
Hi @ter22 ,
Can you please confirm that your shop is using the ISO 4217 for the currency settings?
Decimal = dot(.)
Thousand separator = comma(,)
There’s currently a bug where the multiple rules don’t work as intended if you have those option set in Woocommerce> Settings > General
For now downgrade to the previous version: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
