Hi @saskosale ,
It’s best to view refreshed feeds via incognito to confirm that changes are made. This is done as the browsers may be giving cached copies of the feed which had the old data.
Also, to confirm have you already done basic debug and confirmed that it’s not a plugin/theme conflict? Do this by only having Woocommerce, Product Feed and Storefront theme running.
Try downgrading to the previous versions and see if that works with you: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/

Hi @letitia1111,
For WPML, we support it but it’s only available for for Elite plugin. Having said that, I suggest doing a basic debug to confirm that it isn’t a bug.
Simply only have Woocommerce, Storefront theme and Product Feed enabled. Refresh or create the feed and review the changes.
Hi @roadlink ,
Yes we support that but only for our Elite or premium plugin. It’s mappable field is Global Unique ID
Hi @saskosale ,
When you refresh the feed, are you viewing the XML via incognito? Our plugin shouldn’t be pulling old prices. Also, you mentioned price mismatch; is it perhaps due to TAX?
By default, our plugin Prices mappable field will add tax to the product.
Hi @lee-chilli ,
Are you on the latest version of product feed, it should be 13.4.0. Looking at your debug look it’s listing that you have over 100 products so it seems to be read fine
Also, try running the sync tool in Product Feed > Settings, then manually refresh the page. Create a new base template feed following one of our available templates refresh it and verify.
If that don’t work run a basic debug to confirm that there are no plugin and theme conflicts
Hi @pizzapie79 ,
For variations you’ll want to use the Feature Image as the fallback. On your rules and filter then check if the main image or the image attribute of your variations if it’s empty.
If it’s empty then pass on a link to the image. We currently do not have a feature where you can refer another attribute for it’s new value. There’s a request for this so I’ll add a +1
The easiest way around this is to ensure that the product variations have their main images set.
Hi @christian-abu ,
Add a attribute or custom attribute called identifier_exists on the mappable values use Static and set the value to no
Hi @peterafarmer ,
Can you please pass on a CSV for your products so I can check? Also, have you you already done basic debug to confirm that there aren’t any plugin/theme conflicts?
Great, I’ll raise it up with our developers for a template for Mirakl but please keep in mind that there are no ETAs for this.
Hi @danyh27 ,
That will be quite hard for me to provide support for as we have no official support for any automatic calculation plugin or plugins that provide different pricing.
For starters can you please pass on a link to the plugin so I can check? Also, the auto_pricing_min_price mappable attribute is only available for the Elite plugin: https://prnt.sc/8PPRjJOCs1bC
As for setting up the values yourself, you could run a CSV and open up excel/google sheets to run a calculation template for the column to quickly set the discount price for the productHi @peterafarmer ,
This is a bug and a fix for this will be available on the next update. In the meantime, please download and install this hotfix: https://we.tl/t-BN4kqKYfG1
Ensure you have a backup ready before updating. Refresh your feeds once the hotfix is uploaded.
Hi @andynko ,
Please try duplicating the feed and refresh the feed. Once refreshed view the feed via incognito to confirm the changes.
Also, I’ve checked and there isn’t any bug on this: https://www.loom.com/share/e7674a63872444cab0b38408ee596632
Have you already done basic debuggig to check for any plugin conflicts? Also, at times you might need to restart your servers to have some changes be reflected.
Hi @alexli126 ,
We have a template for Google Promotions: https://prnt.sc/4sZGOOCh2EC6 you can use this to quickly create a promotions feed
Is there a tutorial upon how to create promotion feeds?
= There’s currently no inhouse article on creating this but doing a quick google should give you an idea on how to create the promotion feed. Our template also follows the standard settings/attributes, so you can use that instead
As for coupons, you can just use a single coupon for each country as woocommerce will still allow those as it’s used on 1 store.
Hi @antonic93 ,
The shipping_label is available: https://prnt.sc/SaWnQcIKM3SA
Try typing shipping on the mappable attributes, alternatively you an create a custom attribute and type it in.
Hi @baymaxrmd ,
We currently do not officially support ACF or SCF. There are request for this so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed. We did however had reports that it was working on the previous versions.
You can download the previous versions here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
