Hi @gnavernesunivers ,
For EAN/MPN – I assume you are pertaining to the Woocommerce field in the product editor page? If so, then you can set it but you aren’t able to reference/use this field as it can only be used on the Elite/Paid plugin.
If you are Elite user, please reach out via our support form.
Hi @rudolfl ,
Can you please confirm if you’ve added the Currency Suffix/Prefix for the pricing mappable fields: https://prnt.sc/J30n94SVmcso
Hi @jpastrian @mrgrooves @prometheusuk ,
We’ve released an update that address the issues with rules and filter for product categories (include-only) please update to 13.4.1.1
I see, can you still pass on your debug log so I can run some test? I’m unable to replicate the behavior of the attribute mappable showing incorrect values other than (in_stock, out_of_stock), values that are accepted by Google.
Copying your setup might help with the debugging/fixing: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @wep287 ,
I can confirm that bug and raised it with our devs to get it sorted. We’ll try to release a fix for this as a fast as we can but I’m unable to provide any ETAs
Though, i did check and the exclude option works fine, the bug only seems to happen with include only
Hi @rprentice84,
I’m testing out the availability mappable options and it seems to be printing out the in_stock values fine: https://www.loom.com/share/5fca786d6ac14c358262851b31e85dde
Can you please pass on your debug log or provide more information on how your feed/store is setup? https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Also, confirm that you’ve already basic debugging to see if it’s a plugin/theme conflict.
Hi @angela2601 ,
Can you please add a quick recording on what it looks like on your end? I’m unable to replicate this behavior on unable to edit the feeds.
Also, please confirm if you already done basic debugging to confirm that it isn’t a conflict with your theme/plugin.
Hi @zze1 ,
By the looks of things, it seems you can use a custom field for that. On your feed create a custom field called category_id and set the attribute to our mappable category.
If it uses numbers/digits then use the rules and filter to check the category and update the values: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/creating-find-replace-rules/
Hi @wep287 ,
Thee rules and filter should work fine, can you please provide information on what rules or filters was used so I can test things out?
Hi @valeryluterman ,
Is there a known compatibility issue between these two plugins?
I can’t say for certain here as we currently do not have any official integrations with the mentioned plugin.
Is there a way to resolve this so I can use both plugins simultaneously?
As there’s no official support afraid we can’t do much. What I’ll do is raise an integration request for this but please keep in mind that there are not ETAs for this.
What you can try is disabling some feature or settings in our plugin or the Product Filter plugin and see if that fixes it. I also suggest reaching out to their support team as they may have an idea on what causes the issue
Hi @slyshdanila ,
We currently do not support ACF so I’m unable to provide a solution/support here. There’s an ongoing request for this to be integrated so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed.
We did however had reports that it was working on our older versions of the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
You can try downgrading to the older versions and see if that works but do note that we can’t support this if you face issues or have questions.

Hi @mng1354 ,
On your product feed settings, ensure that the include variations option is enabled: https://prnt.sc/pdoEuRyDhXzI
Hi @syntaxerrorno ,
Yes, we’ve made changes to our plugin to follow the Woocommerce store currency settings. This caused quite a few issues.
A bug report has been made for this but I’m unable to provide any ETAs. For now, please stay on the previous working version.
Upload it on Google Drive, WeTransfer or Dropox. Once uploaded pass on the download link here. You can use WeTransfer so the file/download link gets deleted after a couple of days.
