Hi @dmulderip ,
As you are an Elite user, please reach out via our support form as we aren’t allowed to provide support here: https://adtribes.io/submit-ticket/
Hi @fremdawg ,
It might be due to us moving away from WP-Cron, We’ve moved the feed refreshing to Woocommerce Scheduled Actions. It’s located in Woocommerce > Status
Also this error xmlParseEntityRef usually happens when the file or one of your products have special characters (& ” ‘ %) etc.
Verify the XML file or check if your products have any of these special characters (product name/description) price etc.
Hi @tommy83 ,
We aren’t allowed to access your site due, and don’t send the login credentials here as it’s against TOS. Also, what do you mean by bundle price?
I tested with Woocommerce Bundles and the price of the bundle is the regular price which can be mapped. Maybe attached some screenshots so I can get a better idea?
Hi @tommy83 ,
For product bundles you can map the is_bundle, the mappable value is product type. Then add a rule and filter to check product type values and set the new value to yes or no

Hi @ryanmurray ,
We have built-in custom field options for the product feeds which can be used as the mappable and used on the rules and filter: https://prnt.sc/i1zrk7SQAZwg
This feature is only available on our Elite/premium plugin: https://adtribes.io/
Hi @rudolfl ,
That’s odd the feed will only add prefix and suffix if they are set. Please ensure that only one of the two is set.
Also, I’m unable to replicate the this behaviour of having currency codes before or after the price unless it’s specified on the suffix/prefix.
As you are able to set the currency on GMC, I’ll mark this as resolved. I suspect that the issue is a conflict somewhere, do a basic debug and try temporarily disabling your snippets and see if that fixes things.
Hi @wep287
We’ve released an update for Product Feed 13.4.1.2 which addresses bugs with the rules and filter, please update and test things out.
If that doesn’t work please provide information as previously mentioned. You can downgrade as a temporary solution: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/

Hi @tonyduckett ,
This appears to be a bug, I’ve raised this with our developers to get it sorted. As a temporary solution pleas downgrade to version 13.3.9.1
You can download it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Hi @rprentice84 ,
Uploading your product feed here should be fine but if you prefer to send directly: support @ adtribes dot io
Product Feed Pro, is our Free plugin. Product Feed Elite is our premium/paid plugin. So please restore the deleted/moderated post as the questions asked are related to our free plugin.
Thanks in advance.
Hi guys/gals,
Can you please pass on your debug log so I can get a better idea on how your feeds are setup? Also, mention which feed is having the issues so I can try to replicate.
Version 13.4.1.1 of Product Feed fixes the issue with the include-only rule not working as intended for Categories.
Hi @eleuterio21 ,
There’s no hard limit on the rules/filters that I know off. I also just tested and it seems to be adding the rules and filters after 36: https://ibb.co/Rp38bjs
Have you already done debugging to check for conflicts? Also, check your browser console and logs in Woocommerce > Status > Logs for information
