    Hi

Firstly, thank you for a great plugin.

I am now using plugin on few sites and all working well, except one. Price is recorded without currency. So instead of “$10 AUD”, feed contains just “$10”. What could be the reason?

I have no currency selector plugins, country is set to Australia and site is set to use AUD

    Thank you

    Rudolf

    Hi @rudolfl ,

Can you please confirm if you’ve added the Currency Suffix/Prefix for the pricing mappable fields: https://prnt.sc/J30n94SVmcso

    Hi Jeff

I do not have any prefix or suffix. I did have a prefix before and this caused problem as price started to appear as “AUD $10.00 AUD”. So, prefixes were removed. Suffixes were never used.

I also like to add that original feed that had currency in it, now changed behavior and only shows price. I think, it happened after I upgraded the plugin.

So, the way it is at the moment — prices in the feed are just prices and I used settings in Google Merchant to set a default currency. Now everything works as expected.

Not sure what changed with upgrade. My site uses a small snippet of custom code that appends currency code to the end of all prices. I thought it may be the case, but, looking at the plugin code, data is extracted from database directly and Woo hooks I use will not be called.

    Hi @rudolfl ,

That’s odd the feed will only add prefix and suffix if they are set. Please ensure that only one of the two is set.

Also, I’m unable to replicate the this behaviour of having currency codes before or after the price unless it’s specified on the suffix/prefix.

As you are able to set the currency on GMC, I’ll mark this as resolved. I suspect that the issue is a conflict somewhere, do a basic debug and try temporarily disabling your snippets and see if that fixes things.
