Hi @florianfractale ,
Please try reducing your batch size for better stability: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
Also, we have a guide on fixing feeds with less products: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/
As it’s usually a feed setup or a plugin/theme conflict.
Hi @mykha,
Looks like you do have a sale price mapped for this feed: https://pikartlights.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/69ea3535ec11c941702b235862f0eff9.xml
You mentioned wrong sale price, can you please provide an example on which products have the wrong sale price?
I tried visiting your page and noticed that it isn’t showing the sale price on the single product page.
https://ibb.co/9mSHVHxh
https://ibb.co/zVyXRV7PCan you please confirm if you’ve already done basic debug to check for any plugin or theme conflicts(Have only Woocommerce, product feed pro and storefront theme running)?
Your feed setup is fine so the sale_price pulled is likely coming from somewhere else.
Hi @caronaj ,
You mentioned screenshot but I don’t see any on your post. But I assume that the feed generates a empty random feed per day? If so this is a known bug. To fix this, please read here: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/how-to-stop-automatic-blank-feed-generation/
Hi @mykha ,
Can you please send in your debug log so I can review the setup of your feeds: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @dimiro93 ,
For reference how many categories are you trying to map? In most cases, we don’t limit this so I think it might be due to your plugins/site being outdated.
Could you please check what happens when all your themes and plugins are updated to the latest version and see if that fixes it?
Also, do try some basic debug to check for any conflicts. Do this by only having Woocommerce, storefront theme and product feed pro plugin
Hi @9ball ,
I just tried it out and it’s saving properly: https://www.loom.com/share/d4f88a529c2041139f04af4afc916510
Please run some basic debug to confirm that it isn’t a plugin or theme conflict as I’m unable to replicate this behavior.

Hi @wood1e
1: Yes, this can work but please note that GMC has it’s own categorization of products. It might be rejected by GMC or it’ll be categorized wrongly.
2-3: Please keep in mind to use the categories that are supported by GMC: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324436?hl=en I suggested these or asked these as it follows best practice supported by GMC.
Having said that if you aren’t facing any issues then keep it as is.

Hi @leemeldavid ,
This is a known bug, please read here to fix it: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/how-to-stop-automatic-blank-feed-generation/
Hi @wood1e ,
This will be a bit hard to support from our end as it involves 3rd party plugins. Just to confirm are they variants? If so, does each variant have a different ID or SKU?
Hi @wood1e ,
So you mapped the Google_product_category attribute to the Category attribute which is the default value: https://ibb.co/hRqrfmTK and it didn’t have any value?
Can you please confirm that you’ve already set values on the Categories tab: https://ibb.co/kVh2cWKv when editing the feed? If the categories section is not set then there won’t be any output on your feed.
Also, please note that it’s best to set this as Google Shopping uses a different category classifications (by numbers): https://www.google.com/basepages/producttype/taxonomy.en-GB.txt
Hi @wood1e ,
Set the value/snippet to run everywhere
Hi @wood1e
Sorry, I don’t quite understand your issue. Can you please send in screenshots so I can further understand the issue you are facing?
You mentioned categories are missing? Do note that with Google Shopping, the categories aren’t named. It follows a certain format: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324436?hl=en
So if you have categories set to an unsupported value then on the XML file it might be missing in the eyes of GMC
Hi guys,
Thanks for confirming, We’ll have a release to patch this but please note that we aren’t 100% able to replicate this locally. For now, please remain on the previous stable version until we roll out a fix for this on the next version.
Or apply the fix by creating a new feed or duplicating the feed.
