    Hi. My PRODUCT FEED PRO plug-in is constantly updating, all the time when I enter the CMS it shows updates and 0%. And when I try to change anything , I pause this update and after the change when I save it I get an error. Can anyone suggest a solution to this situation?

    Hi @tomaszkaizenads ,

    Can you please try creating a new feed and see if the refresh is still stuck? Also, check your browser console or debug logs and check if there are any errors.

    Debug log is found in Woocommerce > Status >logs

    Hi Jeff. I tried to create a new product feed and ended up seeing a message : A critical error has occurred on the site. You can find instructions in your site administrator’s email inbox. It showed this result in the logs

    Hi @tomaszkaizenads ,

    The error log is pointing towards Woocommerce, it’s best to reach out to their support team for more information.

    Having said that, please run a basic debug to check for plugin/theme conflicts.
