Hi @r1nuk ,
On your Google Feed setting, can you please confirm the region it’s being sold on follows your pricing format? Also, check in your Merchant Centre account that it’s set to the correct region.
I suggest reaching out to the Google Feed Support team if it’s possible to set the thousand and decimal separator values
As of now the WooCommerce settings for the pricing structure, this might be a bug from our end as Google Follows the ISO 4217 so we should force the pricing structure to force the feed to have (comma) as thousand and (dot) as the decimal separator
See: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324371?hl=en&sjid=15255295459555134823-AP#Format&zippy=
For now, please downgrade to the previous versions
Hi @zavastin ,
Yes, our plugin fetches the data based on the default Woocommerce fields, It’s best to reach out to the Flatsome support team regarding your issue.
I’ll also raise an integration request with our Devs but there’s no ETAs on this.
Hi @r1nuk ,
I’ve just checked and Product Feed Pro, follows the web stores Woocommerce setting.
Woocommerce setting: https://ibb.co/ZXSgb0s
XML result: https://ibb.co/W5q409n
Just confirming on your feed and woocommerce settings, have you set the decimal and thousand separators? Also, have you already done basic debug where only Woocommerce, Product Feed and Storefront theme active to check for conflicts?
I’m unable to replicate the issues you mentioned.
Hi @weberinfosp ,
That shouldn’t happen and no major feature changes were made except that we’ve moved away from WordPress Cron to Woocommerce Action Scheduler
I suggest looking at your debug logs for info, it’s in Woocommerce > Status > Logs, Also reduce your batch size : https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
Default batch size values is 100. You also want to verify that Action Scheduler is working fine.
Hi @zavastin ,
It’s likely that the missing description is on the variations. This happens as woocommerce has a specific area to set the description for that specific variable.
Simply change the short description mapping to short description parent, refresh the feed and view the feed via incognito
Hi @anton1001 ,
There won’t be any problem with the numbering on the category as this is directly related to Google’s category attribute.
But in BRAND, it’ll likely be read as a number. It’s best to use something like attributes(product editor) and specify the brand there for consistency.
@mdora ,
With the support forum you’ll want to use something like screenshot or https://imgbb.com/ to send images as it won’t accept direct image uploads.
Send in your debug log and reupload your images: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @anton1001,
The category mapping follows the Google product category mapping: https://www.google.com/basepages/producttype/taxonomy-with-ids.en-US.txt
The number 9 is 9 – Home & Garden > Decor > Artwork
If you want it to pull the category name use the Category (Not used for Mapping) option or one of the other options.
Hi @dontwonnatellyou ,
There shouldn’t be any issues with refreshing the feed with 13.4.0, I’m also unable to replicate this behavior.
Try manually setting the batch size to 30, refresh the page and give it a couple minutes/hours(https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/)
I suggest trying to create a new feed/duplicate the feed and refresh. See if that works. Also, the latest versions uses the Woocommerce Action Scheduler to refresh feeds. Ensure that this function is working fine on your website.
Hi @mdora ,
with 216 products out of 669 products on my site, is there a reason
= Ensure that you have the include variations option on the product feed general settings
I was unable to upload an XML file because Facebook says that the file cannot be accessed..
= Try visiting the XML file via incognito and another browser. If it’s accessible then it’s an issue on Facebooks end. You can also try creating a new feed and pass this newly created feed to facebook
Hi @duifs,
You’ll likely need to create a custom field and pass on the information there for the created <g:product_highlight> but this option is only available on our Elite plugin.

Great, I’ll mark this as solve. If you have further questions open up a new post.
Hi @sintarta ,
We currently do not support that, also I don’t think this applies to GMC as you’ll still need to add multiple products with specific size/color etc, it’ll be automatically detected as a variant:
Hi @pensee-libre ,
Please try creating a new feed and/or refreshing it. It seems that when visiting the XML file you get re-directed. It’s usually due to a plugin or theme.
Try running a basic debug where only Woocommerce, Storefront theme and Product Feed Pro running
