Hi @zavastin ,
It’s likely that the missing description is on the variations. This happens as woocommerce has a specific area to set the description for that specific variable.
Simply change the short description mapping to short description parent, refresh the feed and view the feed via incognito
Hi, @superlemon1998
In my case there are NOT variable products.
After some basic debugging I noticed that the problem comes when I use “cols” and “rows”
I have a custom product page template in Flatsome and I am using things like: [row v_align=”middle”] [col span__sm=”12″] in product description.
On product pages that don’t have “cols” and “rows”, it looks like the xml file gets the Product Description.
Hi @zavastin ,
Yes, our plugin fetches the data based on the default Woocommerce fields, It’s best to reach out to the Flatsome support team regarding your issue.
I’ll also raise an integration request with our Devs but there’s no ETAs on this.
