Hi @gerhardst17 ,
Looks like your action scheduler seems to be working. Can you please go to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions and confirm that there are pending actions, it should look like this
https://ibb.co/Pw666VV
Also , if you haven’t yet try re-installing Woocommerce and Product Feed on their latest versions. Please also confirm if you create a new feed on the latest version if it can be refreshed fine.It might just be that your feeds have trouble migrating and confirm if you already done a plugin/them conflict check
Hi @gerhardst17,
Please go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical error logs. Pass the error logs here as it may provide more information on why it’s happening.
Also check on your woocommerce status that you have the latest/working action scheduler.
Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function
= This usually happens when the function it’s trying to call does not exist. It’s referring to the as_has_scheduled_action and this is from Woocommerce. There are no other reports of this or I was able to replicate this
I think it’s a conflict somewhere on your site. Do a basic debug where only Woocommerce, Product feed and storefront themes/plugins running.
Hi @golfball-uhu ,
Thanks for confirming.
We currently do not support this but what I’ll do is raise a feature request for this. However, please keep in mind that there’s no ETAs for this.
We currently do not offer any on the fly customizations for our plugins (free and premium)
Hi @euroeast ,
When you manually refresh the feed does the products return? Also, try creating a new feed and see if that works. Also, view the feed via incognito as you might be seeing old/cached data.
Hi @sintarta ,
I’m note quite following what you mean by removing the prefix from the category name. Can you please provide more information and/or a screenshot so I can get a better idea?
Hi @duifs,
Afraid that’s not possible. Currently we only support the default variation or the cheapest variation by settings.
What you can do is enable the include variations option, and then use the rules and filters options to exclude the variations you don’t want shown on the feed.
Hi @alexli126 ,
We currently do not support that feature or have the reviewer images attribute tag. What I’ll do is raise a feature request for this but please keep in mind that there are no ETAs on this.
Hi @deano911,
I just visited the URL and it’s linking to HTTPS
You can also use something like this plugin to force all links to use HTTPS: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-ssl/
Hi @mrtrendsetter ,
Please reach out directly to us support @adtribes.io (no spacing). As this involves our premium services we aren’t able to provide support here.
Hi @giorgosm ,
Yes, there’s a bug with Wholesale Suite. The bug is queued up with the upcoming update. For now, please downgrade to the previous working version: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Great, will mark this as resolved now.
Hi @chriskou ,
It might be due to your PHP version, can you please reach out to your server provider and ask to update/upgrade the PHP version to 8.1? After that refresh the feed and see if that works.
Also, please run a basic debug to confirm that there aren’t any plugin/theme conflicts
Hi @golfball-uhu ,
Just to confirm the feed column you mentioned are custom created/ custom fields? Also, can you please confirm if the content of said attribute has special characters as well?
Afraid not, I’ll raise a feature request for this with our developers but please keep in mind that there’s no ETAs for this.
