Hi @webgroundmedia ,
I just tested and the draft products are not being added to the feed. Can you please confirm if you have the latest version of product feed pro/elite?
https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/is-there-a-changelog-for-adtribes-plugins/
Alternatively, you could the use rules and filter to exclude that specific product via product id
Hi @tsmsam,
Based on your image i saw custom_label_0 this option is only available for our Elite users. Can you please confirm if you are a premium user? If you are please use our support form: https://adtribes.io/submit-ticket/
If not then continue here, please pass on your debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
also checking if there is any way I can map out the variant field directly. Will you be having this in further updates?
– You can use the rules and filter to set specific images for variants:https://ibb.co/HDY1fkdR
https://ibb.co/zWPDf0phAs for a feature I’ll raise it up but do note that there’s no ETAs for this
Hi @ne2rnas ,
That might be due to a bad migration. Please try creating a new feed and see if that helps. If not run a basic debug to check for any plugin or theme conflicts.
Hi @tsmsam ,
To confirm, your XML are up to date or the data is properly reflecting and on GMC/Google Shopping the data is still old?
It’s likely not sync yet or updated. Give it a couple days or try resyncing: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/13693394?hl=en
Or try submitting a new data source.
Also, i would like to check if there is a way to map out the variant image.
– Assuming that your image is mapped out to main image then the variant image will depend on what you’ve set here:https://ibb.co/7t8SWXDb
https://ibb.co/W4wGcgLtYou could try using rules and filters to set the value via custom field for those specific variants or target the product type
Hi @ne2rnas ,
Please go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical error logs. Also go to Scheduled Actions and look for any failed feed refresh
Also, try cancelling the refresh and manually refresh it again.
Hi @louisapple ,
On your feed the link or link templates, are they mapped to the following: https://ibb.co/Z1VWNSh8
Usually that error message means, something is blocking Google from accessing your URLs properly (could be caching or security)
You have parameters/extra data on said URL so it doesn’t match GMC’s standard formatting. Having said that they have an article to fix this so please give this a read: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/12158123?hl=en
Also, sometimes you can simply create a new feed and pass this feed to GMC and it’ll get accepted.

Hi @louisapple ,
That might be due to to this: https://adtribes.io/woocommerce-structured-data-bug/, try enabling the Fix JSON-LD feature and see if that works (refresh the feed and have Google resync)
If that don’t work then it’s likely that your products are being rejected by Google due to missing attributes or your products are restricted:https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6014299 . Or there’s a mismatch of data.
Also, what type of products are being rejected and Google usually provides some information on why it’s rejected
I’ll mark this as solve now as there’s no new response in a while. Feel free to open up another post if you have issues or questions
Hi @dannywhitehead ,
Looks like you are an Elite/Paid user. I’m unable to provide further support from here as it’s against WordPress TOS.
Having said that there’s a feature request for this so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed. There’s no ETAs for this.
but it seemed to overwhelm the server and brought the site down
– Try lowering your batch size, the default value is 750:https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/ For starters try values around 100-500
If you need further support please reach out directly: https://adtribes.io/submit-ticket/Hi @baymaxrmd ,
Could you try creating a new feed and see if that helps? There was a bug that was implemented to address the issue with less products on automatic refresh so it could be that the bug is retained on your old/current feed.
Hi @dannywhitehead ,
We no longer use WP-Cron, the refresh is now delegated to Woocommerce Action Scheduler: https://woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/scheduled-actions/
It’s in Woocommerce > Status >> Scheduled Actions, it should contain the name pfp or feed. This is assuming that you are on the latest version of Product Feed
As for our plugin mentioning the WP Cron is enabled on the settings page or dashboard, it’s likely a visual bug. It’s already raised with our developers so we can show the appropriate information.
Let me know if you have other questions.Hi @mreinkegeoalpineu ,
That error code is quite generic, so it’s hard to say what the actual cause is. In most cases, it’s due to:
- There’s a conflict from your theme or plugins that’s causing the refresh to fail.
- You have server or plugin side caching that’s stopping our plugin from refreshing properly. For this, try excluding our folder/files from being cached/minified (basically any optimization)
- Reach out to your hosting provider and ask for server, database or PHP errors. If there are any, please send it here (through google drive or dropbox so we can check.
Hi @mreinkegeoalpineu ,
That failed action scheduler isn’t related to our plugin, can you please filter out the failed scheduled actions, it should contain feed or pfp on the name: https://ibb.co/bMQWD9j4
Hi @turkgolen1 ,
We have the add products feature that you can use give the customer extra products at a cheaper price: https://advancedcouponsplugin.com/knowledgebase/how-to-give-free-products-with-a-coupon-in-woocommerce/
However, the items given will be static. Alternatively, you could use BOGO along with a cart condition that checks the cart subtotal
Hi @mreinkegeoalpineu ,
Please go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical errors. Also go to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions >> Failed Actions and see if there are any failed feed actions.
Also, please try stopping the feed and refresh manually. At times our users have a bad migration of the feed and creating a new feed can solve things.
