I’ll mark this as solved as there’s no new reply. Feel free to open up another post if you face issues.
Hi @slyshdanila ,
Okay, you’ll just have to manually delete them then. Please go to Product Feed > Manage Feed and delete all the random feeds that was created or empty.
Then go to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions and look for the adt_pfp_as_generate_product_feed hooks. You’ll want to delete the feeds where the feed-id doesn’t match your active feeds
https://ibb.co/Jw8Pvj4dTo find the feed id, just go to Product Feed > Manage Feed edit one of the feeds and look at the URL
You could also just delete all the feeds, and the scheduled action remnants and create a new feed entirely.
Hi @matute2999 ,
Could be a migration issue, please go to Product Feed Pro > Settings and click the Sync Product Feed button, this should move your feeds to the new feed format.
If that doesn’t work, please use the new feed as that seems to be refreshing fine.
Hi @matute2999 ,
To confirm, when the feed automatically refreshes the amount of products is less? If so, this was a bug that was previously addressed, ensure that you have Product Feed version 13.4.5
If that don’t work, do try creating a new feed and monitor. Also, please double-check your rules and filter.
Hi @slyshdanila ,
Please go to Product Feed > Settings and run the fix duplicated feed: https://ibb.co/3yBpn8V7 . Once you’ve done this, deleted the unwanted feeds and see if that fixes things.
Hi @dmsmartscape ,
Just upload the .zip file as normal, it should overwrite the currently installed folder. Alternatively, you could delete the currently installed version and install the provided .zip version on my link above
If you are unsure how to do this, read here:https://www.wonderplugin.com/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-manually-install-a-wordpress-plugin-zip-file/
Please have a backup before updating.

Hi @dmsmartscape @acenasir @lenabalina ,
Sorry for the delay in the fix. We have a hotfix ready but will not be made publicly available yet. In the meantime, you can install this version: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LD5G6k8K-nH7KyshluqySOEJio1ixODY/view?usp=sharing
Hi @smitterer ,
Can you please pass on a csv copy of your products for testing? Also, in most cases as long as the user has the CSV URL the URL gets automatically downloaded and the items within the CSV file should be contain all your products.
Can you please try running a basic debug? Disable all plugins except for Woocommerce, Product Feed and use Storefront theme. Refresh the feed, download the file, log out, download the file again and see if the item quantity matches.
Also, if possible pass a copy of your products(CSV export) so we can run some test as well. You can upload it via Gdrive or Dropbox etc.
Great, will mark this as solve now.
Hi @asnate ,
It’s currently not possible to set the file name of the feed or the URL of the feed. I can raise a feature request for this but please provide more details on what the required format is and what is the comparison site being used.
Hi @antonic93 ,
Minimum PHP version is 8.1 as for the price changes, can you please confirm that you are viewing the XML feed via incognito? It might be that you are viewing a cached copy of the XML file.
The price change doesn’t apply to all products.
– Please confirm if the affected products have different tax classHi @roadlink ,
In most cases the speed on how fast the page loads would depend on your server specs. What I suggest doing is opening your browser console and check the network tab. This will give you some details on how the page loads.
Other than that, please run a basic debug and check if disabling other plugins/switching themes will improve the page load times
Hi @roadlink ,
By default the prices mappable field will always have tax included. Please try using the price excl VAT option: https://ibb.co/VYnR4nZ0
If that don’t work, try using System Price mappable fieldGreat, I’ll now close this post and mark as solve.
Hi @huynha ,
Can you please provide more information on where you store the values for unit_pricing_measure and unit_pricing_base_measure?
If you are using custom fields say ACF, then ensure the field is set. If you don’t see the ACF mappable field then go to Product Feed > Settings and use the clear customa attributes cache: https://ibb.co/kV3YgCxq
Then clear your site cache either plugin or server cache and see if the fields so and do note that there’s no official integrations with ACF so some features/setting may not work as intended.
Would this allow me to input the
unit_pricing_measureandunit_pricing_base_measuredirectly for each product variation in WooCommerce?
– Yes we have a setting or specifically built-in extra field for this: https://ibb.co/Txb9sHrg, see: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/add-gtin-mpn-upc-ean-product-condition-optimised-title-and-brand-attributes/But do note that I can’t provide more information from here as it’s against WordPress TOS to support Elite/Paid plugins
