Feeds stuck at Processing (0%)

    Hello,

    ~2 weeks ago I updated plugin and now I noticed, that instead of refreshing twice a day it stuck at “Processing (0%)” status. By the prices in the feed I guess that it’s stuck since plugin update.
    I tried to Refresh feed, Deactivate and Activate, and even to Dublicate. Now both feeds stuck at the same status.
    WordPress, woocommerce, plugin and theme are updated to newest versions.
    What else I could to make it work like in the past?

    Hi @ne2rnas ,

    Please go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical error logs. Also go to Scheduled Actions and look for any failed feed refresh

    Also, try cancelling the refresh and manually refresh it again.

    No critical errors in logs. In Scheduled Actions I see that:

    • All adt_pfp_as_generate_product_feed statuses are successfull
    • But all adt_pfp_as_generate_product_feed_batch are failed

    Still prices of products in feed are old, so it looks that feeds not refreshing. I tried to cancel refresh and do it manully – didn’t helped.

    Hi @ne2rnas ,

    That might be due to a bad migration. Please try creating a new feed and see if that helps. If not run a basic debug to check for any plugin or theme conflicts.
