Hi @raczpeterpont ,
but Pinterest does not accept it because it leaves a thousands separator
–Can you please provide more information by what you mean by leaves a thousand separator? On your initial post you mentioned that you use a space for the thousands separator. So you mean pinterest is rejecting your feed because your pricing format is like $100 00 instead of $100,00?
You can learn more about Pinterest catalog requirements here: https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/before-you-get-started-with-catalogs
Hi @netz ,
Sorry I don’t quite follow, you are mapping out images to the image section of the feed and Google’s not recognizing it.
Can you please confirm if the Feed XML file has a value set on the Image attribute? If it is, is it reachable?
Hi @anneng1 ,
Can you please send in a screenshot on how your discount rules are set up so I can review/test it?
Hi @pardinis ,
Yes- move the rates/shipping method show cheapest first.
Hi @manigtvr ,
You can map out that field as for the value you can set it as same day or next day you can learn more about it here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/14635400?hl=en#format
Hi @golfball-uhu ,
I just tested and the parent description seems to be working fine for the variables.

https://ibb.co/JRrTFgDBHave you tried creating a new feed? I’m unable to replicate the issues you mentioned
Hi @mrgrooves .
So you want the description field to not contain any HTML formatting? If so, we do this by default. Can you please send in your debug log and give an example on how the description is set?

Hi @raczpeterpont ,
For some sites we force the ISO4217 currency rule to meet their requirements. It’s not recommended to not follow the suggested format as it’ll be rejected from the feed site.
Hi @pardinis ,
Which table rate shipping plugin are you using? Usually with table rates, it’ll list out all the available shipping methods. On your end is it only outputting the most expensive or all shipping methods?
Having said that, we currently do not support setting/showing specific shipping methods. It’ll always pick up the available shipping methods and list them
On your end if it’s only showing the most expensive, it could be how the priority of the shipping method is set. Try moving the priority down and see if that works.
I’ll also raise a feature request to only include cheapest shipping method
Hi @v0ld3m0rt ,
Sorry to hear about that – updating our plugin shouldn’t cause the feeds to suddenly go missing. At what version did you update from? If it’s very old then it might be due to the new feed format.
Try using the Sync Product Feed in Product Feed > Settings >> General https://ibb.co/YBnBJWZv
As for the system report to import, we do have a import/export feature but it follows a different format: https://adtribes.io/woocommerce-product-feed-export-and-import/Having said that, the system report can you give you an idea on how the feeds are set up – you could re-create them. Alternatively, you could try downgrading to the previous version.
Hi @netz ,
Looking at your feed settings all should be good, it’s set up properly. If caching is an issue, you could try duplicating the feed or creating a new feed so it generates a new XML file.
As it’s a new XML file it shouldn’t be cached (yet)
Hi @gapinto ,
I don’t quite get what you mean there you mentioned misalign on the product grid? Which grid are you referring to? Can you please send in a screenshot so I can get a better idea what you mean here?
If you mean by Google Shopping images then it’ll pull what your images are set. Product Feed doesn’t crop or modify the image sizes; It fetches the full size or the gallery of the product.
Hi @mirons ,
That sounds like you are facing a plugin conflict or had a bad update. Have you already tried running a basic debug to confirm that it’s isn’t any conflict of any sort?
It could also just be a bad update, try re-uploading or force update and see if that fixes things. Also, I’m unable to replicate the error and no other users reporting this issue: https://ibb.co/Vp2c7SDx
For now I suggest running the basic debug and force update. You can get the .zip file here:https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/
Basic debug can be easily done by only having the WooCommerce and Product Feed Pro plugin with the default Storefront theme.
Hi @ridebt ,
I assume that you are using XML? If so the comma separated will not work as expected. For this format you can only add a single image so it’s image1.png per additional_image_link
So it should look something like this:
<additional image> = imageURL1.com
<additional image> = imageURL2.com
and so onHi @ademd06 ,
Sorry for the delay in our response.
The override payment gateway feature is only available for our premium users. I assume that you are a premium user so in this case we aren’t able to provide support here as it’s against WordPress TOS.
