Hi @sooskriszta ,
We now support quick bulk edits of wholesale price fields but please note that not all wholesale settings can be edited through bulk edit.
The fix for this is now publicly available on 13.4.9 please update and enable the disable HTTP processing feature.
Hi @notjustcode ,
Please install this beta version: https://limewire.com/d/zP7aH#Ykfod4H0Wo after that go to settings and disable the HTTP processing: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/what-does-disable-http-feed-generation-requests-do/
This should help with the issue you are facing. Let me know how it goes.
Hi @nikov ,
In most cases the custom feeds resource usage should be the same as the other templates. Have you tried lowering your batch size: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
Also, do check your error logs for any extra information and the scheduled actions on why the refresh failed. It should contain pfp or feed in the name of the scheduled actionHi @ernyjones ,
Thanks for confirming.
I’ll raise up a feature request for the support of the formatting you’ve mentioned but do note that there’s no ETAs for this.
For now I’ll mark this as resolved.
Hi @ernyjones ,
To confirm, have you tried using the Unfiltered product description option?
Hi @roadlink ,
There’s no option to select the highest shipping fee but it is possible to remove the local pickup as an option for shipping. Please go to Product Feed > Settings and enable the Remove Local Pickup Shipping
Hi @aiogreece ,
That sounds like a caching issue, please try disabling any server or plugin caching and see if that works. If not, try creating a new feed and see if the issues resolved.
Hi @ernyjones
The stripping of <br> is not done by us. It’s mostly WooCommerce or WordPress as they sanitize the content.
Also looking at your screenshot the new line code is <br />? This shouldn’t be the case the correct code should be <br> the above will be ignored.
What you could do is keep the editor to code so it retains the <br>: https://ibb.co/G3bFBnD0 Do note that moving to visual will likely sanitize the values so you will need to add it back.
Hi @ernyjones ,
Can you please pass on the html view of your description or the contents of the description? I’ll test it out as I’m unable to replicate this behavior.
Hi @roadlink ,
Adding the data here is fine it’s a standard debugging procedure. The SSR will not show any sensitive information only data or information that’s publicly safe.
Also, please confirm that you’ve already done basic debug to confirm that the issue isn’t coming from 3rd party themes or plugins.
We aren’t able to replicate this behavior so it’s hard to say if it’s a bug from our plugin
Hello @freeworker,
Sorry to hear about your experience.
Could you please share the link or details of your forum post where you were advised to upgrade to the Elite (paid) version? I’ll be happy to review it accordingly. We generally don’t recommend upgrading unless the feature in question is only available in the paid version.
If you’re referring to receiving support via email, please note that this service is only available to paid users. At the moment, free users can receive support exclusively through the forum unless stated otherwise.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi @mirons ,
Can you please send in a screenshare or a recording on the bug so we can try to replicate and raise a bug report?
Hi @abadry,
There was a bug for this and it was addressed looks like the feed retained the issue somehow. Please try creating a new feed and see if the issue still persists
Hi @tattoofinders ,
The XML feed used has empty values so that’s the reason why no products are being passed. Can you please send a debug log so I can get a better idea on how your feed is set up?
