In reply to: [WooCommerce] Override WooCoomerce elements in Visual ComposerHi @arbremojo thanks for your reply and sharing the additional notes.
Okay, if you have configured tax for France and no tax for other countries in the EU, on the checkout page, your customers will properly see tax if they’re from France and won’t see tax if they’re outside France.
You will need to set
Calculate tax based ontoCustomer shipping address (default)on the setting here WooCommerce > Settings > Tax. More info on the documentation. But if you want to display the conditional scenario for the tax not only on the checkout page but everywhere on your website (product pages, shop pages, category page), then it’s going to require customization here.
We highly recommend contacting one of the services on our Customizations page to setup conditional script to achieve the tax display.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Same product double time with different idHi @abelale
Thanks for sharing the Status report.
I checked and found nothing suspicious.
As it’s been going back and forth here, and getting a bit complicated, could you open a ticket at WooCommerce.com that puts you directly in touch with us directly?
You will need to create a WordPress.com account first, if you don’t have one yet, in order to be able to login and create a ticket, please follow the guidance here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/log-into-woocommerce-com-with-wordpress-com/
Let me know if you manage to create a ticket directly at WooCommerce.com, please mention this forum thread, so we can continue addressing your issue there!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Fatal Product Error Line 20Hi there @mherding
But why it’s an plugin problem ? The problem occurs only by one user.
Such an error in the backend is very likely of plugins conflict as we don’t have this critical error widespread.
Please follow all the steps below to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront and test for the issue
2. If the issue persists, disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
4. If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.
If doing this on your live site is not possible, you can create a duplicate site. We suggest using WP Staging if your hosting provider does not offer a staging server as an option.
Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Urgent problem – Prices shown without VATHi @krisleinatamm79,
Thanks for sharing all the requested information.
I didn’t see anything suspicious with the log.
To ensure that on Facebook catalog, your product are shown with tax, you will need to display your products on your WooCommerce store also with tax.
To do so please complete the following steps:
Step 1) Navigate to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, and then adjust
Display prices in the shoptoIncluding tax:
Link to image: https://d.pr/Z1QH0lStep 2) And then please clear your WooCommerce transient data here: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right).
Step 3) Lastly, please do a full sync again of your WooCommerce products to Facebook catalog by going to to WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook > Product sync, click Sync products.

FYI: Result of my test:
Product Setting, it’s $10, and tax is 10%:

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Not sync variablesThanks for your reply, I have opened this thread again and set unresolved.
We got an error when connect facebook https://gyazo.com/c9904a7ca58bf19181f6f1137ea0318b
How can fix this?Okay so there is a notice saying:
Catalog has an existing Data Source that can not be used by this application
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/tYfr1KCould you please a screenshot of your catalog data source screen, like the below example?
Link to image: https://d.pr/pVQowIYou need to go to your catalog page, possibly you will need to choose the Business Manager first where the catalog is located, and then click on Data sources.
It seems the last plugin reset didn’t disconnect assets properly so you might need to remove the data sources on the catalog and start the reconnection as advised previously.
Let me know how it goes!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Catalog Not SyncingHi there @soloroboto
Thanks for sharing all the information, these are really helpful!
You confirmed there is only one Catalog connected, and it seems all assets connected well.
I think the reason of the products aren’t synced to your Facebook catalog even after you reset the connection and tried again is the following log that I found on:
body: {“error”:{“message”:”Error validating access token: Sessions for the user are not allowed because the user is not a confirmed user.”,”type”:”OAuthException”,”code”:190,”error_subcode”:464,”fbtrace_id”:”AHDqW0uhWw72Fze_NJduadG”}}`
There is a similar case on this thread.
Could you please double check if you have a confirmed email address or added phone number and confirmed on your Facebook personal account?
Also please ensure Two Factor Authentication on your Facebook personal account.
Once you’ve done that, please navigate to Marketing > Facebook, click disconnect, and then try to reconnect by clicking Get Started again to reconnect with new tokens after you have an updated Facebook personal account.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Change variable product language with swatchesI am not sure that I get it. I am using a translator plugin, but how is that affecting the swatches? When I am editing a variable product, I can define different attributes on which the variations are based. But where can I set it up that thet description or title of a product also changes when the respective variable of it is selected? That behavior seems to be a conflict, selecting a variation on the front should not trigger a change of the language of the product.
So please try to disable the translator plugin and see if you are still seeing the issue.
If the issue persists, I would suggest you contacting the developer of the translator plugin.
I hope that helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Stop Affiliate Pay-outs?Hi @csesupport
Ok so the main issue is:
Some the the members are using their own affiliate code link to purchase items themselves. They then want 20% commission on their own sales/purchases.
I think that’s really not good 🙁
There are two ways to resolve this:
1) You will need to contact the plugin developer of the affiliate plugin you’re using on how resolve this. Because as far as I am aware the Core WooCommerce software doesn’t have affiliate system capability.
2) When you’re sending the encouragement for your members to become your affiliate, please ensure to include terms of conditions about the 20% commission.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Urgent problem – Prices shown without VATHi there @krisleinatamm79
Thanks for your question!
`I have seen this topic here before but the solution was not put out publicly.
My FB shop is showing the product prices without VAT, but should show WITH VAT. The problem is more complex – it does not overwrite the price for all products, it makes the change on some, and on some it does not. More – when I fill in the Facebook Price field with the correct price, even in this case it overwrites the price in some occasions to the price without VAT. If I go to the product in Woo, that has the FB price field filled and just click Update – it changes the price to the correct one in FB shop. When it does the automatic sync, it changes the prices back to the wrong ones.`Could you please share the following info?
(I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply)
1 – A screenshot of your tax setting: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Tax
2 – A screenshot of your product tax setting
3 – Also could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it on Gist.github.com and then share the URL here.
We’ll progress from there.
Look forward to your reply.
Hi there @antonioschisano
That’s really odd!
It could be some files are missing or broken.
Could you please keep it deactivated and then delete the plugin folder?
After that please download the latest version 2.5.1, temporarily disable any other plugins except WooCommerce core and install the new Facebook for WooCommerce.
Let me know how it goes!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Purchase Event Missing Some Deduplication ParametersHi there @leungel
Thanks for your question.
I was using FB pixel, it works fine and help me track my FB ad without any problem. Our FB ad was paused for awhile and then we install the FACEBOOK for WooCommerce for the purpose of syncing the product up to our FACEBOOK shop. Recently we try to relaunch FB ad for our new products. FB business center, Data Sources page gives us a warning of:
Purchase Event Missing Some Deduplication Parameters
…..
…..Please note although the error says:
You’re sending Purchase events through both your pixel and the Conversions API, but they’re not being deduplicated properly because not enough of these events are receiving an event_id parameter
We can confirm that ideally by default, the plugin, intelligently deduplicates events that are sent both from the browser pixel events and server-to-server events (Conversions API) to ensure no double-counted events.
With the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, the same data that flows through Conversions API and the Facebook Pixel is deduplicated based on a unique event ID, so there’s no concern about the same events being double-counted.
This could be an intermittent issue affecting some users as I don’t have a similar issue and it’s not widespread.
However, we have an open bug report regarding this
Missing Some Deduplication Parametersand our devs are working to ensure this resolved. If you have made sure no other plugin that does FB pixel and also no caching plugins that could affect it, for now, I’d suggest manually click
“Resolve”or“Ignore”on the Facebook site as we keep monitoring this and working on the above mentioned open issue, and also working with Facebook to ensure the accuracy of the report.Or as a work around you can temporarily disable the auto pixel injection using the following code snippet:
add_filter( 'facebook_for_woocommerce_integration_pixel_enabled', '__return_false' );You can use Code Snippet plugin to insert this code.
And then, you can keep Facebook for WooCommerce for the products syncing, while for Facebook pixel, you can use another plugin that does Facebook pixel for example, Facebook for WordPress by Facebook.
I hope that helps!
