Hi there @abelale
Thanks for reporting the issue.
I’d like to check how your WooCommerce is setup.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Once you’ve done that, you can paste it on https://gist.github.com/, and also feel free to change the domain name for privacy reasons.
Please share the link to Gist here.
The status status
FYI this happens when i upload the product for first time. If i delete the catalogue and resync the woocomerce plugin works fine.

Hi @abelale
Thanks for sharing your SSR.
I checked that PHP time limit is pretty low of 100.
To ensure the sync works properly, please do the all of following steps.
- Do a database backup
- Increase your PHP time limit from 100 to at least 1200, here is a helpful guide on How to Increase PHP Time Limit
- Clear your cache, I see LiteSped Cache used
- Clear WooCommerce transient data to avoid any data cache messing up with synchronization, you can do that by going to this section: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)
- Navigate to Marketing > Facebook > Product sync, select
Product sync, and click saves. Please wait until all products are re-synced.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi there @abelale
Thanks for confirming that you’ve done all the steps as suggested before.
(I hope you’ve already enabled it at Marketing > Facebook), Could you please share the latest log from Facebook for WooCommerce? I’d like to see if there is anything that could explain that the latest product upload created some duplication.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/1g7jXQYou can grab the log here WooCommerce > Status > Logs and select Facebook for WooCommerce with the latest date.

That’s normal for you to keep the feed and also the integration APP for the source of the data sync.
Look forward to your reply in regards to the log!

You mean to reconnect the woocommerce integration or keep it as it is?
Is there any way to sent the log private because it has all the ids from facebook.

Hi there,

I meant to keep as it is 🙂

You can open a ticket that puts you directly in touch with us privately.
You will need to create a WordPress.com account first, if you don’t have one yet, in order to be able to login and create a ticket, please follow the guidance here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/log-into-woocommerce-com-with-wordpress-com/
Let me know if you manage to create a ticket directly on WooCommerce.com so we can continue addressing your issue there!
Hi there,
I checked log dated 31/5, I saw that the following content_ids are present:
246-01015_110_3786
246-01015_110_3785
246-01015_110_3784These IDs are in the body of the post request event after:

Request
method: POST
uri: https://graph.facebook.com/v9.0/180060157454563/items_batchTherefore, for now, I’d suggest you delete the duplicated ones that are in the box below:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/IQ4k1XThese ones aren’t found in the log
Indeed, to avoid this to happen in the future please make sure:
1 – PHP time limit is set to 1200
1 – Regularly clear WooCommerce transient and orphaned variations at WooCommerce > Status > Tools. This is to ensure that no “cache/left over transient data” that could be synced as well to the Facebook catalog.
I hope that helps!
I did all as you said i will return for feedback.

Great! Thanks for that, looking forward to your further feedback.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
Hello the problem exist. My client uploaded new products to the shop and created double products in the Facebook shop
Hi there,
Thanks for your reply!
I have marked this thread unresolved.
Next, please complete the following steps:
1) Create a simple product completed with price, etc, and then hit publish.
2) Please copy your latest website system status: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status and also the latest Facebook for WooCommerce logs and then paste to Gist and share the URLs here again.
The 1) simple product test creation should be included in the log too, I am happy to check further for you.
Look forward to your reply.
