i want to use multiple paypal account like In Europe i have Europe paypal account and Other Country i have USA Paypal account.
can i use this functionality in one Woo-commerce Store???I am afraid that isn’t possible to have multiple PayPal account for PayPal payment method within one WooCommerce installation.
However, if you set up like multiple website such as
eu.site.comwith one Europe PayPal account, andusa.site.comwith US PayPal account, then that should be possible, as these are different WooCommerce installation involved.I hope that helps π

I checked the product page above. But I didn’t see it on your homepage.
It looks like that you are using a caching plugin, WP Rocket.
You may want to try to flush your cache and see if the stock is shown properly on all relevant pages. Provided that do set stock on the backend for the specific product π

The log doesn’t say anything related to IPN issue, indeed.
The other thing that I’d like to check is Receiving email in the IPN setup on WooCommerce settings section.
Sometimes if you change primary email in PayPal but not accordingly update your receiving email in the PayPal setting on WooCommerce, there tends to be an issue with the IPN.
Can you please navigate here:
WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal?And then check if the
Receiver emailunderIPN Email Notificationsis the same as your PayPal primary email address.Also, make sure the option
Enable IPN email notificationsis checked.Please let us know how it goes if you could make a test order and the IPN works.

In order for us to investigate further, could you confirm how many catalogs you have?

One product with Content ID:
wc_post_id_7202and the other withPPVOGUE/13_9157If you have more than 1 catalog, please keep only the one that’s connected to Facebook for WooCommerce, and remove the rest.

On the step for the Pixel the window blinks for half of a second and comes up the following message: βOops, something went wrong.

Could you please go back to your wp-admin/options page, and then on the field:
wc_facebook_external_business_id, that possibly reads likestorename-7987967686.Then please just remove anything after
storenameincluding the dash sign. Scroll down and save the change, and then try to reconnect again.Please do let me know how it goes now

As my colleague previously mentioned, we couldn’t replicate it on a sandbox site, so it’s most likely a conflict issue with your theme or plugins.
Glad that you’ve found a solution by switching to a different payment gateway.

The behaviour saw the credit card fields disabled and most likely the payment method because woocommerce then displayed its generic message about do you want to use another method.
I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Upon checking the screenshot, we can progress from there what to do next.

Please note if this isn’t like the standard email from WooCommerce, it could be added by other plugins, you may want to check what’s the culprit by doing a conflict test. Here is the completed guide to do a conflict test.

Currently, the supported Stripe additional payment methods are as listed here.
As you can see on the above page, Klarna is still in beta. For Cartes Bancaires, it’s not yet supported.

I did have a similar error on my test website previously and the steps I provided worked well to resolve it.
Now first, can you please disable other plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce?
And, then secondly, as you said you deleted the entire value on
wc_facebook_external_business_id, could you please try again exactly just per what I mentioned before? No need to delete the whole value.Say, the value of that field is: thomasimageconsulting-603e53aa7xxxxx

-603e53aa7xxxxxand also ensure no space after that and save, and please try to reconnect.Thanks for your patience here and let me know how it goes.

Also, I meant anything after the storename, so you should remove the dash (-) as well.
Is it possible to disable any caching plugins completely just to do that and try to reconnect?
