  • Hi there @tahliasmasks

Thanks for sharing your issue about product sets not being synced to Facebook catalog.

Could you please confirm so you create product sets from this section: Marketing > Facebook > Product sets?

It’s where you name your product set to be created on your Facebook catalog and then associate that set with a WooCommerce product category.

Secondly, have you enabled logging under Marketing > Facebook, just at the very bottom before the save button? If so, please share your Facebook for WooCommerce logs, these can be obtained through the following section: WooCommerce > Status > logs, and then select from the drop down the log that starts with facebook_for_woocommerce.

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi there @soloroboto

That’s really odd that you have only one catalog, but every time you try to sync products, they’re never synced / pushed to your catalog.

In order for us to be able to troubleshoot further, could you please do the following steps:

        1) Please navigate to Marketing > Facebook, and then enable logging, (check it), just above the save button.
        2) Please click Manage Connection on the same section above, and when you’re redirected to a Facebook page, please take the screenshot of the page.

I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

        3) Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste on Gist.Github.com and then share the link with here.

Anyway, have you enabled logging before? If so, please head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and select the Facebook for WooCommerce logs, and copy, paste on Gist.github.com, then share the link with us.

But if you haven’t enabled the logging option before, just ignore this, and please complete the above mentioned 3 steps.

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi there @estudiomocap

We offer support only in English, so I’d try my best to translate your question into English 🙂

In regards to the suggestion about stock management plugin for WooCommerce. Personally, I don’t have any specific plugin recommendation.

But if you search on Google with the keyword, for example: woocommerce stock management plugin, there are a plenty of choices that you can try.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there @clownstyle

We’re not tax experts but if you’re selling digital products to UK residents, you might find this tax guide helpful: United Kingdom VAT Guide for Businesses.

In terms of setting up tax on WooCommerce, it’s pretty straightforward.

Please kindly refer to our detailed guide on how to setup taxes: Setting up Taxes in WooCommerce.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there @alexanderschmidt

I hope you’re well and thanks for your question!

So basically, I could create 1 variable product in WooCommerce and add attributes to the product for question count and language, so overall, I would have 6 variations, which is fine.

What I want to achieve is that whenever I select a language swatch it switches to that variation of that product aaaaand it also switches the language of the product itself (like the title, description and so on).

So my question is, how this can be achieved? Is there a possibility?

I think the main issue is in this part, correct?

What I want to achieve is that whenever I select a language swatch it switches to that variation of that product aaaaand it also switches the language of the product itself (like the title, description and so on).

I am not sure if you use a translation plugin. If so, you might want to disable that plugin and check again if then when you select a language swatch, it doesn’t translate the product info itself (title/description/etc).

Look forward to your confirmation 🙂

    Hi there @csesupport

    Thanks for your question!

Is there any way to stop people using their own Woocommerce Affiliate code to purchase products for themselves?

I am not really sure if I understand your question here.

Could you please elaborate a bit more?

Do you mean that you use an affiliate plugin for WooCommerce, and users use their own code or affiliate ID (referral ID) to make a purchase on your website?

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi there @fabriciobarros10

    Thanks for your question!

`I use a ligtsail Aws with the following configurations: 4GB RAM, 2 vCPUs, 80GB SSD cPanel & WHM for Linux.

I have a virtual store with 1000 daily accesses and when entering woocomerce status I verified that wordpress memory limit was at 1Gb.

So I went into wp-config and put the following lines
    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘2g’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘2g’ );

    and in php.ini I changed memory_limit from 64m to 2g.

I’m not sure what I did, but I want my site to use as much memory as possible from my ligtsail. Can I increase it even more or should I not touch it?`

You can refer to the server recommendation here.

Personally, if you have 1000 daily visits to your store, memory limit set to 2GB should be sufficient.

And if your store grows, WooCommerce can easily be scaled as well!

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there @bohei

Due to the nature of the complexity of the issue you’re having, as suggested before please create a ticket directly on WooCommerce.com, since we might need to check your site directly too.

Ok I´m continuing to post the log here, because it wasn’t possible to verify my mailadresse at woocommerce …

    .

Please note that it’s pretty straightforward to create an account if you don’t have one, please kindly follow the guide: Log into WooCommerce.com with WordPress.com.

Once you’ve logged in please click this link to create a ticket and you can mention this forum thread URL: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

Let me know when you’ve done the above!

    That’s really odd @amitsksingh

I am using this plugin on website but I am facing strange issue with this plugin. Sometimes payment is made twice. Any idea why?

    May I get your clarification:

    – Is the order coming in WooCommerce as one order?

    – But you get two payments on your Stripe account so you need to refund one of those?

    – Could you please share the screenshot of an affected order along with its order notes being visible?

I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here in your reply.

This could be a sign of a conflict either with the theme or specific plugin so I’d suggest you to do a conflict test. But we can’t be sure until I get the above clarification from your end please.

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi @dzairmoms

As you have opened a ticket directly on WooCommerce.com under ticket number: 4045879, I have responded to your late question through ticket.

Please kindly continue our troubleshooting through the ticket, and we’ll keep this thread marked as resolved for now!

    Thanks for your understanding!

    Hi there @filsch

    Thanks for sharing your solution.

Probabply the error accours because when duplicating a product it doesen’t the right facebook metadata. When i reset the facebook metadata it works fine.
But it shoul’d work also without resetting data each time..

That’s possibly the case, but I am not 100% sure.

I think for now, I’d suggest you to reset the metadata each time you duplicate products for further edits.

Or you might want to test out with Storefront theme active, and all other plugins disabled except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce, and then try to duplicate the product. If the problem persists, then the only way to resolve it is to reset the metadata.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your reply!

I have marked this thread unresolved.

Next, please complete the following steps:

    1) Create a simple product completed with price, etc, and then hit publish.

    2) Please copy your latest website system status: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status and also the latest Facebook for WooCommerce logs and then paste to Gist and share the URLs here again.

The 1) simple product test creation should be included in the log too, I am happy to check further for you.

    Look forward to your reply.
