I have tried to reproduce this bug without any success.

Marco, on your page “Subject: testando o plugin
Description: Isto é um exemplo para teste do plugin sola.
Submit”, there should not be a submit button.

Maybe you have a different plugin installed that is appending this submit button. May I please have your site URL,so that I can try to submit a test ticket, so that I can see what is happening to the HTML on your page?

Sorry for the delayed response.

I see, yes, there should be a link in the side panel called ‘Help Desk’.

Something must have gone wrong during the activation process.

Have you perhaps tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin?

I released a newer version of the basic plugin yesterday. Would you please update to the latest version?

Would you please let me know if the problem then persists?

Hi Marco

Sorry for the late response.

That was an accidental error in the code which crept in when I added something to the basic version, for compatibility with our latest add-on (Customer Satisfaction Surveys)

I fixed this yesterday, when a different user brought this to my attention.

Please update your Sola Support Tickets Basic/Free version and the problem should be fixed. Please let me know if that does not fix the problem.

Sorry, I just want to make sure I understand you correctly.

Which “Support Tickets” button are you referring to? When the plugin is activated then a menu item is added to the back-end section (Help Desk).

The plugin can then be customized from there. Is this perhaps what you are looking for?

Just to confirm I understand correctly, additional text is being added to the end of the testimonial?

Sorry about the delay.

When the plugin is activated for the first time it attempts to create the submit ticket page. I’m not sure why this failed on your WordPress installation but it may be due to the fact that you already had a page with the same “slug” that we try to create our page with.

If the shortcodes are also not working, there may be a conflict with another plugin that stops our shortcodes from being generated. Are you able to provide us a link to your website so we may debug further please?
