For reference though, quotes can be removed by going to the ‘sola-testimonials’ folder, opening the ‘includes’ folder and opening the ‘shortcodes.php’ file.
Navigate to line 62 where you can remove the quotes from the testimonial body.

Please confirm that the date and your username are being automatically appended to the end of the testimonial? Or is that part of the testimonial body that is being copied and pasted into WordPress?

We suspect a plugin may be appending the post date and author to the excerpt of the testimonial as our plugin does not append the above to the end of it.
Would it be possible for you to send a screenshot of any plugins you may be using that could be causing this so we can try replicate it on our side and try work around it?

Would you mind sending me one of the testimonial’s with the formatting that you receive so I may test on my side?
I copied one of your testimonials on your site, tested it on my side (After adding a space after the date) and it kept the space between the date and your username.

The administrator is automatically set as a support agent.
It is possible to make any user an agent by navigating to the user ‘Edit’ page and selecting the appropriate option.

Did you come right with this? As mentioned above, there is a shortcode which can be placed on any page (Or widget) that outputs a subscription form.

My apologies for only getting back to you now.
If I may ask, which date in the testimonial are you referring to?
The author name can be hidden under the settings page on the ‘Options’ tab.

Sorry for only getting back to you now.
Unfortunately the newsletter widget cannot be modified to accept only certain fields at the moment. We are working on improving this functionality in the near future though.
Please advise what sending method you are using? This can be found under ‘Newsletters’ -> ‘Settings’ on the ‘Email Settings’ tab.
