The administrator is automatically set as a support agent.
It is possible to make any user an agent by navigating to the user ‘Edit’ page and selecting the appropriate option.

But … it seems that this is a problem in the email notification about new received ticket, notification to admin/agent and assigned agent.

Hi,
When registration is required for the user, I am receiving the notification. But not all, I’m not sure. When the registration is not required, I do not receive e-mail notifications. So, I do not even know that I am the agent. I do not even know that I got a ticket.
When the ticket is set to Pending, I do not take any notice.
I see the ticket only when I log into Admin Dashboard and get into the tickets. Strange.
