Unfortunately, this plugin does not support USA store locations.
I am not sure what are the alternatives, as I do not know what are your full requirements, so I think doing a quick Google research might help!

What version of the plugin are you using?
If you are using the latest version 2.8.16, could you please tell me, do you have “Packstation” setting checked under the plugin settings?
And also in what field does your client paste Post Number value?Best,
