Are you looking for the tracking number on the backend? Is fo, please check for a field called shipment number where we store the value that is returned by DHL Api,
Also if you want to check what we’re sending to the api and their responses, you can do it by opening the log file from plugin settings.We have a replacement text which can be used in emails. Can you confirm where de you want to use the tracking number?

If yes, then after clicking on it and choosing “Packstation” you will see Postnumber field!Best,

The best way to solve this issue will be to contact DHL support from your DHL Portal profile.
