Please have a look at the Customer Facing part of our documentation (https://github.com/shadimanna/dhl-logistic-services-for-woocommerce/wiki/Documentation#customer-facing) z
There you can find “Location Finder” paragraph which describes how the users can choose
delivery to a pack station.Also ensure that you are entering a valid Post Number when creating the labels, so there are no errors!

I have tested the issue on our end. The issue could be with an input to the Post Number field. It might be incorrect and that is why the error occurs!
Could you please double-check your Post Number?
Note:
The Postnummer (PostNumber) is your personal DHL customer number, which you receive once you have signed up for a DHL Customer
Account. Your Postnummer is on your Packstation customer card. You will also find it under “Meine Daten und Services” (My data and services)
in the “Persönliche Daten” (Personal data) section and in the DHL Paket app once you have signed upForum: Plugins

In order to fix the issue, we need to know how to recreate this issue on our end. I think that the best way to deal with this problem is that in case you get this error again, please let us know about it, describing the sequence of steps we should take to get the same error on our end!
