Just want to let you know, that this error is probably on the DHL side, so we have opened a support ticket to solve this issue and I will let you know when there are some updates!

We have the plugin documentation only in English, but you can easily translate it into German, using the Google translate browser extension.

Could you please check the setting called “Tracking text” under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> DHL Paket . If the text there is not what you need, please replace the text and don’t forget to Save the changes.

There are no plans for adding DHL 2 Mann service to the plugin yet. In case this service is added to the plugin we will let you know by posting a new release of the plugin (with a description).

Order id is used for the file name and reference on the label, and, unfortunately, this setting can not be modified!
