Could you please check the setting called “Tracking text” under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> DHL Paket . If the text there is not what you need, please replace the text and don’t forget to Save the changes.

You can see these screenshots in your mail!
On the delivery note there are more products than in the actual order!
And you can see that I have to add the products manually and synchronize them so that they are in the delivery note.
Should I deactivate the DHL Plugin and reinstall it?
