• Hello,
    We have a high number of orders in our online shop. But the delivery note is often wrong. For example: Person A ordered 1 lipstick, and on the delivery note there is written 5 lipsticks and 1 highlighter. How is this possible and why did this happen and how can I fix this?

    Could you please check the setting called “Tracking text” under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> DHL Paket . If the text there is not what you need, please replace the text and don’t forget to Save the changes.

    The problem is that we have to open every single order and synchronize the positions too.

    Hello Ilya,

    You can see these screenshots in your mail!

    On the delivery note there are more products than in the actual order!

    And you can see that I have to add the products manually and synchronize them so that they are in the delivery note.

    Should I deactivate the DHL Plugin and reinstall it?
