    Gestern funktionierte alles noch einwandfrei. Heute bekomme ich beim Eintragen des korrekten Gewichts des Pakets folgende Meldung: Gib bitte eine Dezimalstelle (,) ohne Tausendertrennzeichen ein.

    @histameany hi!

    Could you please try to use ‘.’ as a decimal separator? It should work fine.
    Or is ‘.’ also not working for you?

    The “.” gets deleted if I enter a different weight and the error message appears. So its the default “.” that doesn’t work anymore.

    We have the same problem here. We used . before but the dot gets deleted. When we try to use , instead now we get the same message: Gib bitte eine Dezimalstelle (,) ohne Tausendertrennzeichen ein.

    We have the same problem. Neither . nor , are recognized. Only kilo entries are recognized.

    Hi, same problem here:
    WooCommerce german with DHL-Plugin, everything properly connected and everything went well until 3 days ago.
    Now when entering ‘.’ an Tolltip-Error-message appears: “Bitte gib eine Dezimalstelle (,) ohne Tausendertrennzeichen ein.

    When entering a ‘,’ and press button “DHL Label erzeugen” this error meassage appears under the button:
    “Weight – The value must be a number”

    @ditzwerth @kukitom @hairvillage @histameany hi!

    Could you please double-check the issue once again this week and if it is still there could you tell me whether you have updated anything on your server, plugin, or even WordPress or WooCommerce? Thank you

    Best,
    Ilya

    Good morning, the problem still exists. Updated was WooCommerce :

    to 6.6.0 on 2022-06-14

    Yes, Woocommerce update to 6.6.0 seems to be the culprit. I deactivated all plugins but dhl for woommerce and woocommerce on my staging site. The issue still remained. The woocommerce update was on Wednesday night.

    @kukitom @histameany thanks!

    We have found the problem.
    That is it, WooCommerce version 6.6.0 is causing this problem, so we are now trying to solve it!

    Best,
    Ilya

    Sounds good 🙂 Thanks for your Time.

    @kukitom @histameany @ditzwerth @hairvillage hi everyone!

    We are now working on this problem but it takes time.
    The quick solution for this will be to change your decimal point setting to “.” and not “,” .

    We are trying to deliver the final solution asap!

    Best,
    Ilya

    Ok thank you, this is not practical as there are quantity settings in the store so 0,1 meter etc.

    According to phone support we should simply specify 1 KG so that it is to use until a solution is found there.

    Thanks Thomas

    @kukitom @histameany @ditzwerth @hairvillage we have updated the plugin. New version is live 2.8.16.
    Please update the plugin and double-check the issue with decimal separator again.

    Hope the new release version works fine for all of you!
    If any questions, please let me know!

    Best,
    Ilya
