    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the ElementsKit Plugin.

    Please be informed that you can disable these CSS conflicts by enabling the Ekit SVG option in ElementsKit → User Settings → Inline SVG. You can watch this video for guidance: https://d.pr/v/SP20cT. Once this option is enabled, the CSS will no longer conflict with your theme.

    The good news is that our developers have also fixed this issue, so you will be able to use the plugin without enabling the Ekit SVG option. The update will be released soon, most likely tomorrow. Please make sure to keep your plugin updated once the new version is available.

    I’ve inspected your reference page and noticed that your mobile menu breakpoint is set at 767px. Below, I’m sharing a few CSS codes, just copy and paste them into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

Based on the issue you’re experiencing, I recommend performing a conflict test to help identify the exact cause of the problem (please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps).

    • Please clear all caches, including plugin, browser, server, and CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). If you’re using a cache/optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily.
    • Switch to a default theme like Hello Elementor or 2025 to check if the issue is theme-related. If the problem persists, deactivate all plugins except WP Ulitemate Review, then reactivate them one by one to identify conflicts.

    Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

    I have inspected your reference page and tried submitting a review. The review was submitted successfully but did not appear on the frontend immediately. It seems that reviews may require admin approval before being displayed publicly. Additionally, I tested the same process in my development environment and noticed that the inserted text appears correctly but not in Unicode format.

    I hope you are doing well. Please be informed that the latest version of ElementsKit is fully compatible with the GeneratePress theme.

    You mentioned that you’re facing an issue with the child theme. Please check if you have implemented any custom code solutions there. Try disabling those customizations and see if everything works properly. If you don’t have any custom code applied, I recommend activating the latest version of the GeneratePress parent theme. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.
