In our development environment, the Icon Box with SVG icons is working fine. Based on your description, the issue seems to occur specifically when using SVG icons in the Icon Box widget, while icons from the default Icon Library are working as expected. This may happen due to invalid or unsupported SVG code, or sometimes due to a plugin conflict or script issue.
Could you please share the SVG file you are using along with a short screen recording of the issue? Also, kindly provide a valid reference link, as the one you shared is currently not accessible. This will help us reproduce the issue on our end and provide you with a proper solution as quickly as possible.

We have successfully reproduced the issue on our end and fixed it. A new version will be released as soon as possible. In the meantime, please use the following CSS code as a workaround. Simply copy and paste it into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

First of all, you can change the email title from the email settings. We also provide a shortcode to dynamically fetch the product name inside the email template. Please check this video for more details: https://d.pr/v/ci5syI.
Regarding your requirement, as far as I understand, WooCommerce does allow sending different messages based on Purchase notes. However, at the moment, the EmailKit template does not have an option to dynamically fetch and display the purchase note inside the email. Please check this video – https://d.pr/v/YqCKxh to learn how add purchase note. Please review the video and let us know if this approach meets your requirements. If it does, we will implement a shortcode or a block so the user can fetch the purchase note in the EmailKit template.

We have successfully reproduced the issue on our end. You can resolve this immediately by adding the ‘magnific-popup’ dependency to the following file:

In our development environment, the latest version of the MetForm plugin is working fine with Elementor. Please ensure that you’re using the latest versions of your theme and all related plugins. Based on the issue you’re experiencing, I recommend performing a conflict test to help identify the exact cause of the problem (please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps).
- Please clear all caches, including plugin, browser, server, and CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). If you’re using a cache/optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily.
- Switch to a default theme like Hello Elementor to check if the issue is theme-related. If the problem persists, deactivate all plugins except MetForm and Elementor, then reactivate them one by one to identify conflicts.
- Additionally, update your permalink settings (Guide) and regenerate CSS & sync the library (Guide).
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
