I have checked your video. But in homepage you have removed testimonial slider section. I have to inspect testimonial slider section. Please add there testimonial section so that i can inspect the issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.
Looking forward for your response.

Could you please confirm that you want to add text with the Hamburger icon? Currently, there hasn’t any option to add name/text with the Hamburger icon. But there is a workaround, you can add text using a new column beside the hamburger icon. and on the desktop keep it hidden. Please check this video for a better understanding.
But if you need something else, please share the details of your queries with us.
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards,
RejuHello @cheryls,
Thanks for reaching out to us!In most cases, cache is the reason for this type of issue. Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one and check if the issue is solved.
If the issue still persists, then you can run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue.
To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and Metform to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test.
Best Regards,
Reju
