Could you please provide me with screenshots of your payment gateways settings under ‘Donations’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Payment Gateways’ for both option-based and visual form builder? Additionally, it would be greatly helpful if you could share a link to the donation form where you’re encountering the issue. This information will facilitate the troubleshooting process.

Every time a donation is made on your site – or attempted, GiveWP creates a new entry on the logs section on the dashboard that gives us further information on what is happening. Can you send me logs for when you try to make a donation and get the errors below? You can find the logs under Donations > Tools > Logs.

Hi there.

There was a temporary issue with the gateway servers which has now be resolved. This affected more than PayPal (Stripe, Square, and probably others). No update is needed. If you haven’t already please try to reconnect to your gateway(s) that were causing an issue.
