I’m Matheus, the Support Supervisor for GiveWP. Ginger looped me in on the issues you are having with Give and Stripe. I’ve reviewed this ticket thoroughly, and I’d like to weigh in here.
I understand the goal is to fully remove Give from the Stripe account and start fresh. However, that action cannot be performed from the back end.
As Ginger mentioned, it can be confirmed that the account has already been disconnected within GiveWP.
If a full reset is still required, the best next step is to reach out through the contact page: https://givewp.com/contact-us
In the Subject of Your Inquiry field, select “I am responding to a request to contact you” and reference this ticket.That will allow the appropriate teams, including Stripe if needed, to review the request and confirm whether any additional disconnection steps are possible, even though the integration is already disconnected on GiveWP’s side.
